The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. The need to install new blind roller fittings was part of this process. They took pride in their workmanship. The Magnetite windows have reduced traffic noise significantly and sleep quality has improved beyond our expectations.

that before signing anything have a good look at the plans. I don't think that any building professional would suggest putting a studio/cubby/cabana on wood offcuts as suitable piering - Aarons said that's normal, and indeed it's all of their photos. After a 5 week delay the builders (2 of them) turned up from Victoria (I'm in NSW) with their truck full of material. One person started the process, whilst the other dropped the other stuff on the truck to the other sites. The builder was looking forward to his overseas holidays in 3 days. The finished product showed it. The roof wasn't supported, gaps in the walls, crooked walls - all in all about 15 defects. After much to-ing and fro-ing with Aarons (supported by pictures from me), they would arrange for someone to come fix it. Again we had to wait for another delivery drop to NSW before it would happen. 3 weeks later the handyman came, fixed what he could and left. It was to a level where we could hire a real builder to fix it - no-one would touch it until then - they didn't want to get blamed for the base problems.

I wouldn't recommend Aaron's for an outdoor building - find a local builder. It makes more sense.

I had already paid 33% prior to commencement of works. They then wanted me to sign a HIA form stating cancellation of works that meant I was given a refund prior to the refund being given. I would avoid. Untrustworthy.

12 months now. JLG have not met one ECD of about 4 agreed to. We are now on our 3rd supervisor and once again can’t contact the latest one. I can’t empathise enough the grief they have caused us over the last 14 months or so and still no end in sight unfortunately. The QLD state manager told us back in February that he would investigate and sort it out soonest. Still not completed in mid May.

This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

When a person attended to measure the site in anticipation of providing a quote, I did not receive one or any form of follow up. In good conscience, I could not recommend this company.

a skip bin which was not provided. I was charged for works that had not been undertaken (eg removal of the toilet, when the plumber had already done this). The job was not completed to satisfaction, with tiling remaining in the laundry that I require to pay the tiler to remove, with tile glue left on the floor I spent an hour scraping up myself. After complaint, the manager removed skip bin charge from the invoice, but that was it. I paid the reissued invoice as I do not leave others out of pocket, but I have cancelled this company for the pre-booked removal of my ensuite bathroom next month. I am very disappointed.

delays and in-accurate measures, increasing the cost during the project even if they were rectifying their mistakes during the carport construction - otherwise prevent the certifier to QA on their final work and give signed form 16 completion. Bad cumminication and lack of trained staff. They didn't collect their builder rubbish and cause mess everywhere. My project has started last year 2023 as a straight forward carport and patio and not certified till now May 2024 though I paid all invoices in timely manner. Of course I don't recommend them. No good at all.
