They came back with the new door a week later, but unfortunately the glass they ordered was manufactured incorrectly by the glassmaker (they had a stern talk with the glassmaker on the phone in front of me), but bumped me up the list and got it fixed within a few days. Everything looks great now.

it was all a front! After over promising on a delivery date, then changing that goalpost after a deposit was paid and then under delivering on a date until I chased them up, due to family ill health I cancelled the delayed installation.

They refused to give me back my deposit - and kept it despite doing little but a few calls and emails! I am now taking legal action. So very sad to see an Australian business behave in this way!

This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

NSW AND no matter how many times you set your preferred position for the louvres as soon as it rains and the rain sensor operates the system resets to a default opening position of 30 degrees). The absolute worst part of owning a vergola product is the so called "customer service". Well over a week and three phone calls to get a call back and then no capacity to do anything about my request to be able to set the louvres at my preferred position because "that's the way we've been doing things for decades". Seriously unless you are in NSW which is a separate company consider other alternatives before engaging with this organisation and consider carefully your tech needs before being hide bound by their blunt (as opposed to cutting) edge offering.

I'm back with more complaints! Absolutely useless, my house flooded guard lasted 2 years then disintegrated, screws came through my patio, bad installation and a very bad product! Do not go near these cowboys with a 40ft pole, bunch of bast....!

home, we were very concerned with the horror stories that everyone has heard about in the building industry, mainly regarding people being taken advantage of by the big volume builders - however we were extremely pleased with Blag Homes in every aspect of our build process, and struggled to fault them at all. Everyone from the Blag Homes team were knowledgable, genuine, and supportive of us, and their team were available at any time to assist; from answering any questions we had about progress, alleviating our concerns about supply shortages, through to catering for variations that we decided upon at the last minute.

For our own peace of mind, we engaged with a highly reputable third-party independent building inspector to assess progress and search for faults during each stage of build completion. There were some very minor issues that came up in our inspection reports (as all new build projects would have), however the on-site team were extremely accommodating to have these resolved prior to the next stage of completion, and would even liaise directly with our contracted inspector to ensure that we were getting a great result for our money. After moving into the house after completion, there were a small handful of minor issues (mainly cosmetic in nature) that were discovered, of which the Blag Homes team were happy to resolve for us in the first instance of attending the home - without any issues or fuss, and with a quick turnaround.

Our friends and family (and even our building inspector) have all commented on the high quality finish that has been put in place by the Blag Homes team, which we have been told is comparable to higher end "boutique" builders (for which you will be paying 2x to 3x the cost to achieve). We are extremely happy with our end result - being a home that was conpleted to our requirements that we will be enjoying for many years to come. I would highly recommend Blag Homes to anyone looking to either build a new home or renovate an existing one - you'll be very hard pressed to find better value, quality, or service in SA!
