sales consultant or sales director of Stock Specialist has overpromised his Active Service package including quarterly review of porfolio, 5-10 monthly trading opportunities recommended by phone or emails, utilizing their portpolio construction services. None of these are happening. I have contacted him for the refund as I did not receive the services after a couple of months. He then advised me the trading opportunities are delivered directly to the platform dash board. This is exactly the same platform I can see as a normal member. I don't need to pay another $1500 to see the same thing. I have emailed him for the refund a few times but like most of other customers making complain - get nothing back.

If the company director cannot keep his promise and provides mis-leading information, your team, services and products are also not trustworthy. I always believe in Karma. Whatever you took from me in an un-ethical way, you will lose somewhere more.

for 5 years, all my super was transferred to Raiz. Due to domestic violence, I needed to access my super early. The Australian Government, Centrelink, and the ATO approved my early release in November, and I submitted all required forms and documents promptly.

Since then, it has been a nightmare. For three weeks, I heard nothing. When I finally contacted them, I was told my documents weren’t wet signed—when they absolutely were. I had to prove this. Then they asked me to describe my situation in detail, which I did twice. After another week with no response, I called again, only to be told I needed to provide evidence of my financial situation—bills and debts I had already submitted.

The back-and-forth continued: they asked me again to describe my situation, then said my driver’s license didn’t verify me, so I gave them my passport. After waiting three days, I called again, and they asked for my bank statements—again. Despite sending clear PDF statements and screenshots that the operator confirmed were received, they told me today the account was locked and they were still waiting for my bank statements.

Throughout this entire process, no one has called me to request further information personally or shown any understanding of the severity of my situation. It’s mid-January now, and I still have no early release of my super, even though the government approved it months ago.

This experience has been torturous. I am removing my super from Raiz, transferring it back to Australian Super, closing all investment profiles (including those for my kids), and I will never use Raiz again. I strongly advise anyone considering Raiz to think twice.

It is not true, no one answers for hours, not via phone, not via email, not via whatsapp. If they lock out a product you have an open order on, directing users to phone in instead of using the online platform, no one answers. Your money and order are locked with no way to cancel, close, edit, or retrieve your margin. I am almost certain they manipulate market performance to throw your account into a margin call so they can auto close at your loss. They don't pay interest on the available balance where reputable competitors do. IG had Australian-based premium account managers when they entered the market, these appear to be all fired and replaced with part time offshore indian call centre workers. Do not use this platform. Everyone who has had issues with this platform and its service should submit a complaint to AFCA for compensation.

I decided I didn't want to renew my subscription, so I logged into my account to cancel. I spent over 15 minutes clicking through every single bloody menu and account setting looking for a simple "Cancel Membership" button. It doesn't exist. They make it incredibly easy to sign up online with a few clicks, but deliberately remove any online cancellation option, forcing you to email or call them to beg to be let go.

This is a highly unethical business practice designed purely to create friction so people give up and get charged again.

I had to resort to sending a formal legal demand citing Australian Consumer Law and ACCC guidelines on misleading conduct just to force them to stop my auto-renewal. I have also paid for my current term upfront, which is valid until June 23, 2026. I have had to explicitly warn them in writing not to illegally cut off my access early just because I refused their auto-renewal trap.

If a digital financial company cannot provide a transparent digital exit button in 2026, they do not deserve your business. Completely dodgy and unethical.
