to Logan, Hayden and Archi, they were very helpful. The team prepared all the documentation and kept me informed of the progress. I definitely recommend them. The only rough experience was their installer who was a little short temperamental and didn't bring his full tools, said to come back on the same day but didn't return until after 3-days. But Logan and Hayden helped out, coordinated and made it smooth, so no drama. I will go back to SunSelect again in future for any purchase.

obtained 4 quotes but was convinced by the professional knowledge of Mason from Zip Solar. He was friendly and helpful with any questions I had for him. Fox Ess were not quite as established in Australia as some other brands in the past but they are now one of the biggest providers of solar/ Battery power in Australia and 70 other countries. I’m not surprised as I am so impressed with their equipment and technology, not to mention that they were a good bit cheaper than other companies and brands. It is very neat and quite small for such a powerful system. I haven’t used any electricity from my supplier as my solar and battery are completely covering all my power. Mason and his team have been great all the way through from signing up until installation which went smoothly. I have since recommended 3 new clients to Mason and Zip solar. My system is working beautifully and the Fox Ess app is so easy to use and the information is at your fingertips . I would recommend Zip solar and my Fox Ess system to any prospective solar/Battery purchaser’s in Australia.

extras added at last minute. The wording of emails is misleading the no additional cost for financing portion of the price,"rest assure no extra cost" wrote the salesman! The final, not agreed priced, ended up being hidden in subsequent communcation while he said no extra cost all along. Do the math carefully on the 0% repayments and compare closely all the information and figures provided across various documents. It adds up to much more than additional quoted price, about 15% more in my case. Extra cost for 'waterproof cabinet' sent just days before installation as well. Even tried to add on an extra cover at last minute. If you are quoted discount/special price do not believe they will match quoted figure if not full upfront cash payment. This is the 3rd solar company I have used at various locations and never before experienced this misleading sales tactic. Salesman said I should not have made mistake and despite his emails clearly showing the agreed TOTAL price. Salesman just said I should be more careful and do the math not just take his email on face value. Not good enough that not all costs were disclosed up front until final invoice was sent causing great distress.

my place in August 25 firstly they installed the wrong size battery then the system did not work, kept tripping the house down, had to turn it off they fixed it (that's why there is 2 start here, not 1) to fix it they drilled more holes in my house, including one in the wrong place, they took weeks to fix that then, I discovered a friend had got twice the system size , same brand, same stuff, for the same price I paid. they also said no worries we can upgrade battery size later, they just forgot to mention subsidies only work once no matter how much capacity you claim and finally, they keep calling me every couple of month to ask if I ended up installing solar .... their sales teams don't even know they installed solar at mine a year ago. how unprofessional . for a company that takes pride in outstanding customer service and charges premium for it...I am very disappointed. I hope this honest review will push them to improve

The install was efficient and smooth and system is working well. My only gripe being a little better communication required from the install crew before making changes to the setup.
