learnt' isn't compatible with my 3 phase system. Suggests to change this to Sigenergy 24kw with 15kw inverter. Quick google search, the suggested package is around $2500 cheaper than what I have signed up for. He offers this 'at no additional cost'. Dodgy as. Don't go near these guys.

Update: The team at SEA have been working proactively to solve this problem for me. I give them full marks for that. As of now waiting for install to occur - SEA is working to my timing on this. Hope to soon update this review with install and operations are going great!

We had a 42kW Fox battery installed alongside our existing solar panels, and the whole process was completed efficiently. Every staff member we dealt with—from admin, to delivery, to installation and follow-up—was friendly, professional, and helpful. They did everything at the time they said they would also which is always a plus.

So far, we haven’t had any issues with the system. The app works well, and we appreciated the honest advice we were given to help us get the most out of our setup. The installation was also completed in time for us to qualify for the government rebate before it changed in May, which we were very grateful for.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. We can now use our heaters when it's cold rather than in the middle of the day.

Got a 25kwh battery installed by ads solar. Backup protection was included price. After installation and first blackout I realise backup protection was not installed. Contacted ADS solar and they claimed it was not included in my contract. Lucky I had it in writing. Forced me to contact fair trading which is still ongoing and after several months now it seems I have to take them to NCAT to get things sorted correctly. Its a shame becuase they did my solar previous and that is fine.

In desperation, I called Energy Eco and had the pleasure of talking to Kate on the phone. Her support & her vast product knowledge were invaluable to us.
