plus. The suction power was really good, couldn't believe how much cat hair it sucked out of the rugs. Initially was very happy mainly because of the lack of cord and no plugging/unplugging as I went through the house. In my initial happiness I forgave the fact that you can only vacuum forwards, it doesn't pick up when you vacuum backwards. Even forwards it doesn't pick up particles such as rice, and tends to spit out such sized particles when the head is lifted because of the spinning head. You have to gently place the vacuum head right over the rice grain and hope it will suck it up, or eventually just pull the head off and suck it up the stick. I have mostly wood floors and the brushes on the base of the head wore down pretty quickly, so it's not great for wood/hard floors. And finally the batteries both died together which is going to cost $350 to replace. That's a no from me. I'll be going back to a barrel vacuum.

my electrician came over to install it. Upon opening the box, without removing the unit, he had called out that this won't fit. So i called the LG customer service and Leo quickly referred me to the T&C's and called out that there is no refunds for an incorrect purchase but asked me to send an email with my desired outcome and it will be reviewed by someone more senior and i would get a response Monday morning. Yeah right. The following Friday i call the LG customer support and remind them i was supposed to get a response 5 days ago by Leo. The lady said i will follow up and get Leo to respond. Not even 3min after i had gotten off the phone, Leo responded declining my request for a refund. My LG TV will be removed from the wall as i don't want to have anything to do with this garbage brand with garbage customer service. Plenty of other better brands in an over flooded market. Don't bother with LG. Look elsewhere

were game enough to wash them a second time they would come out stretched and paper thin, a lot of the time with multiple rips, holes or even shredded from being stretched to the maximum. For the next few months I tried every cycle, using the lowest spin (400) and the lowest temperature - I tried small loads, big loads, medium sized loads but every wash (even the delicate cycle) had the same result. LG garment care factor = NIL. Even though it was still under warranty (6 months old) neither LG customer service or Harvey Norman wanted to know or assist, insinuating user fault. I never received a single call back from LG or Harvey Norman at any time during my dealings with these disgraceful organisations. NEVER again will I have an LG product in my house or step foot in a Harvey Norman store again after being treated so appallingly and spoken down to by the HN department manager when I dare question the delivery/installation procedure as a possibility for damage in transit. I thought it was reasonable to at least look into it because when I requested the installers leave me the travel bolts they said this machine doesn't come with any. The HN dept mgr rejected any such possibility with the reason being that travel bolts can only be used once, they are not reuseable and if I should ever need to move the machine I should just fill up the drum with clothes. Well, that excuse was an insult to my intelligence and should be a huge red flag to the Harvey Norman franchise, and it was the final straw for me. My last contact he promised to phone me back in 20 minutes with an update - that was 5 days ago...... some things just don't change.

supposed to be self cleansing and have all the mod cons for a cleaner environment. The fact that they have had to add a 'second' removable filter to help solve the problems, it doesn't work. There is no removable panel to clean the condenser. the moist air circulating just makes all the lint and dog hair stick to everything. I have had to pull the whole condenser apart to clean out the muck four times now. What a job that is ! a photo of the failed filter system results attached

separate LG approved repair technicians inspected it and admitted it couldn’t be fixed. After hours upon hours wasted on the phone, being shuffled between lying service reps and a management team that never bothered to respond, LG’s idea of “support” was offering a little over $1,000 toward a replacement—even though the same fridge now costs nearly $5,000—and a pathetic $150 food reimbursement when we lost more than $1,500 in groceries alone. This brand has been nothing but stress, expense, and dishonesty. Stay far away from LG. I will never buy another LG product again and recommend you do not waste your money!!

now too dangerous to use. It’s clear to all that the finish to the inside box is inferior, I would avoid this like the plague there are obviously major quality control issues. Sadly LG suggested it was my fault because of lack of maintenance, I can assure you that was not the case, the problem was lack of a quality finish and that is held up by the number of people that have posted with the same issue.

complained to LG and the response i received that it was not a warranty fault but user error, even though we regularly ran the drum cycle (more than recommended), the photos are of the seal that i replaced, the brown paste (scrud, LG called it) , is impossible to clean, as it is behind the seal, which you don't have access to, so cannot clean. Even replacing the seal wash a mission (i am quite handy), you have to nearly dismantle the whole machine, i have never had this issue with any other washing machine design, and would definitely not recommend to buy an LG machine, and the support was not helpful and basically said it was not covered under warranty even though we used it as recommended.

warranty ended. Followed troubleshooting and contacted LG support who wanted to initiate a service call. This expensive fridge was purchased to replace a fridge that failed. The LG fridge was not purchased by choice but out of necessity as there was a major shortage of appliances at the time due to shipping difficulties. We paid more than we were prepared to pay as a result. I am in awe of LGs ability to design an appliance that fails so soon after the warranty ended. I feel that to pay $$$$ to fix this piece of junk is money that could be spent on a more reliable appliance. In future I will give LG a very wide berth. Product is designed to fail. Junk junk junk.

didn’t have to go to the laundry mat to wash and dry king size Donna’s, $4999 later I’ll still be heading to the laundry mat because the 19 kilo washing machine will only wash a 5 kilo doona… on the very first wash I had a dripping doona dragging it over my brand new floors to hang on the line because the washer kept stopping with the warning off balance. This wash a complete waste of money. It also used absolutely none of the fabric softener, I always use fabric softener in every single wash, nothing is coming out smelling fresh. I’d really like a refund! Especially given the price has dropped by $1000. The unit itself is incredibly bulking and juts out taking up all the laundry space, I had to remove shelves from to opposite wall for it to fit. I think this is my worst purchase regarding any laundry machine!

quite some time, no big deal though.
Easy to empty the dust bin and refill water, we bought the manual model.
Now the bad and annoying things: -The app, it's got a lot of glitches. -The vac loses orientation regularly, restarting helps most times - The vac only vacuums part of the assigned areas and then says it's done - The vac randomly moves to a none assigned room on the other side of the house - The vac can't find the home station
Most annoying though, the LG "customer service", contacted them via chat. If you refresh the chat it will completely disappear and you have to join it all over again. When I finally got onto someone, I get sent a instruction manual with prompts to look at troubleshooting. I already did that, none of my concerns are listed there/ neither are there solutions. Got a reference number and email address to send a video I took, it's too big to send via email.
After all there's no solution to the issues, as said the device isn't bad, but lacks a good app to operate (I think).
