vibration noise. The vibration is so severe during certain spin cycles that our bed rocks and cupboards shake throughout the house.
I have now been waiting over 4 weeks just to have the machine assessed, with still no resolution or even a confirmed inspection date. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the “customer support” team seemed more focused on warning me that I would be charged if no defect was found, despite the machine clearly not operating normally.
After agreeing to proceed regardless, communication has essentially stopped and nobody has arranged the inspection they insisted was required.
Very disappointing experience considering these appliances are marketed as premium products. At this stage I genuinely regret replacing my old Bosch washer, which never gave me a single issue.

supposed to be self cleansing and have all the mod cons for a cleaner environment. The fact that they have had to add a 'second' removable filter to help solve the problems, it doesn't work. There is no removable panel to clean the condenser. the moist air circulating just makes all the lint and dog hair stick to everything. of this machine have started to disintegrate, leaving a disgusting, black tar-like residue all over my "clean" dishes. This gunk is incredibly difficult to remove and even stains your skin when you touch the racks. I took this to the tribunal (ACL claim), but LG successfully fought it by producing a generic service report claiming "harsh chemicals" caused the damage. This is a complete deflection of responsibility for a clear manufacturing defect. The proof that their "chemical" excuse is nonsense is on the outside of the machine. The "Start" button on the control panel has bubbled and peeled away completely. Unless dishwashing tablets are now airborne and attacking the exterior of the unit, this is undeniably a failure of poor-quality materials. Bing Lee and LG have left me with a machine that is unsanitary and falling apart. If you value your health and your money, stay away from LG dishwashers. They would rather spend effort on legal loopholes than building a product that lasts. Pros: None. Cons: Leaves black residue on plates, control panel peels off, terrible manufacturer support.

were game enough to wash them a second time they would come out stretched and paper thin, a lot of the time with multiple rips, holes or even shredded from being stretched to the maximum. For the next few months I tried every cycle, using the lowest spin (400) and the lowest temperature - I tried small loads, big loads, medium sized loads but every wash (even the delicate cycle) had the same result. LG garment care factor = NIL. Even though it was still under warranty (6 months old) neither LG customer service or Harvey Norman wanted to know or assist, insinuating user fault. I never received a single call back from LG or Harvey Norman at any time during my dealings with these disgraceful organisations. NEVER again will I have an LG product in my house or step foot in a Harvey Norman store again after being treated so appallingly and spoken down to by the HN department manager when I dare question the delivery/installation procedure as a possibility for damage in transit. I thought it was reasonable to at least look into it because when I requested the installers leave me the travel bolts they said this machine doesn't come with any. The HN dept mgr rejected any such possibility with the reason being that travel bolts can only be used once, they are not reuseable and if I should ever need to move the machine I should just fill up the drum with clothes. Well, that excuse was an insult to my intelligence and should be a huge red flag to the Harvey Norman franchise, and it was the final straw for me. My last contact he promised to phone me back in 20 minutes with an update - that was 5 days ago...... some things just don't change.

customer service to see what they might be able to offer under the ‘10 year warranty’ sticker on the front of the unit. LG customer service directed me to email a video of the fault. I have heard nothing since then, apart from a voicemail asking me to call back. I was travelling so I emailed to say please contact me via email only. I haven’t heard anything more for four weeks. I’ve now just bought a traditional dryer and hope it lasts longer and performs better. Cut my losses and had the heavy LG heat pump dryer removed. Before the LG dryer completely failed, we liked that it didn’t steam up the laundry. Downsides were: the length of time to dry; the heavy weight of the machine makes it a challenge for small laundries; and as other people have noted it frequently tangled sheets into a tight ball. We spent $1600 on it. I’m not sure it paid for itself in electricity savings and certainly I expected it to last longer than 3.9 years. I won’t buy a heat pump dryer again. I’ve gone back to the old traditional dryer style so that if it fails I feel less pain about the upfront price! I will never buy an LG appliance again because I found their 10 year warranty sticker to be essentially misleading, since LG customer service have been so uncommunicative.

Excellent product. One thing to note is every 2-3 months vaccuum the fluff from the grills at the back of the fridge to maintain airflow to the heat exchanger. Perhaps this should be included in instruction manual.

Even though LG claims a 10-year warranty on the compressor, the repair quote for replacing it is nearly $1,000 — totally outrageous. Meanwhile, a Samsung fridge I bought at the same time for $800 is still working perfectly. Very disappointed with the durability and value of this product.

This issue has been ongoing for over a year, and despite this, it has not been resolved. The machine has undergone three separate repair attempts by authorised technicians, including full troubleshooting and multiple parts replacements, yet the same problem continues.
I have also had to rearrange my work schedule multiple times to attend these repair visits, resulting in lost income. In addition, some of my laundry has been damaged due to the ongoing fault.
What is most concerning is that despite repeated contact with LG, there has been no effective resolution. I have received multiple phone calls asking for the same information repeatedly, but no actual outcome has been delivered.
At this point, it is clear that the product has a major failure, and the issue has not been resolved within a reasonable time.
I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

warranty ended. Followed troubleshooting and contacted LG support who wanted to initiate a service call. This expensive fridge was purchased to replace a fridge that failed. The LG fridge was not purchased by choice but out of necessity as there was a major shortage of appliances at the time due to shipping difficulties. We paid more than we were prepared to pay as a result. I am in awe of LGs ability to design an appliance that fails so soon after the warranty ended. I feel that to pay $$$$ to fix this piece of junk is money that could be spent on a more reliable appliance. In future I will give LG a very wide berth. Product is designed to fail. Junk junk junk.

I believe they use an AI bot to answer emails because there is no human response, just a cold hard factual relating of warranty and repair issues. handle the large amount of water in a washed king bed duvet. Plus what idiot designs a dryer that only rotates in one direction only. The towels and sheets just roll into a tight bundle and don't dry inside the middle of the bundle.

Lid has issues, gets stuck as though their is debris. Removed lid nothing present. It clicks.
Door lock went haywire. Would open close open close automatically.
Buttons stop functioning. Namely mode 2. Can not switch from normal mode. I presume it's a moisture and circuitry issue.
Turbo clean stopped functioning. Does thing to go. So does not de-lint well at all. Lint floats around.
Worst of all LG service tech is basically useless. They'll send someone out to look at it. Issues will persist. This is the last of LG products in my home. Don't by anything LG post 2017. Sub par quality throughout their ranges.
The outer body is prone to rust

LG advised I had to pay for a technician to come, won’t replace the unit or send anyone to even look at it and have told me because it isn’t leaking while they are on the phone after a load being run with nothing in it that there is nothing wrong with it. multiple repair attempts. Since purchase, the unit has had several serious issues. One of the machines leaked shortly after use and required repair. The second unit developed a faulty control panel, which caused a noticeable delay when selecting settings. This was also repaired. However, further issues have continued. The machine began beeping continuously throughout cycles, and on occasion the display would turn off while the beeping continued and the cycle failed to complete properly. This has already been repaired more than once, yet the problem persists. Most recently, despite another repair visit, the machine is still beeping constantly during operation. Firstly the technician had no idea what he was there to fix. Asked me for a video of the issue even though I explained it to him multiple times. And video recordings were sent when we lodged the repair with LG. He opened the top of the machine and he tightened some things. The technician advised that if the machine overheats, it should not be used for two days to allow it to reset. I find this explanation unacceptable, as a washing machine should not require extended downtime after normal use, nor should it exhibit ongoing faults after multiple repairs. He also told me they would charge me to come out to repair normally. This machine has been faulty from the date of purchase. At this point, the product has not performed reliably at any stage, despite repeated servicing. The issues appear to be persistent and unresolved rather than isolated faults. Given the number of failures and unsuccessful repair attempts, I am requesting that the matter be escalated and that you provide a suitable resolution. This should include either a replacement unit or a full remedy under consumer warranty obligations. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the next steps.

bedding well and towels , only downside it’s appear the washer isn’t as big as the dryer, i tested putting in wash super king size quilt cover and king sheets set in washer it full the washer with no room , put them in dryer to see how much room I had, there’s more room in dryer. It’s like Lg put the wrong size for washer and dryer should be 9 kg washer with 12 kg dryer but from that I highly recommend wash tower
