item 4 weeks they charged us for the item at the agreed price which included a delivery fee with Australia Post and an extended warranty. Billy Guyatts instead sent the item by courier. It was coming from Western Australia to the east coast. Found out when the item was not delivered there was no communication it was being delivered on a certain date that thiscourier only delivers weekdays so the item was taken to their depot and can be collected weekdays. They are not open weekends and only 8 to 5 weekdays. We are unavailable weekdays and keep this in mind when we purchase items online so will always buy when seller nominates Australia Post as they will work with you to get item delivered.
After finding out the item was not being deliverwd and we had no way of collecting spoke via chat line with with Billy Guyatts. Reprentative said it is being delivered by courier as thats what his computer told him. I advised my invoice from Billy Guyatts says delivery bynAust Post and there was a charge for this service. Basically was told bad luck I would need to collect as this is the arrangement that was chosen. Asked can I get it delivered to nearby store which I can get to on weekends. Can the item be left at the premises. Answer to everything was not our or the dwlivery companys policy. Then got cut off. I wwnt back online and got the same representative said I was not going to push my case any more can I just get a transcript of our discussion emailed through. Told this was unavailable but I could screenshot it. This though had disappeared when I was cut off earlier. I finished by asking how do we get this sorted. Was told well thats all they can do. My next step I went into local store last Saturday. They said we can cancel the order. The item then gets sent form Victoria back to WA (waste of fuel in an energy crisis). In the meantime the local store puts through a new order which can now be filled by a local store and the order will be delivered by Aust Post. This was to be confirmed on the following monday and I would be contacted with new order no. Another week goes by. Did not hear from Billy Guyatts but received a daily message from the courier company to collect item from their warehouse. So another Saturday trek to the local store. Who did I speak too? Nothing on record makes much sense. After ringing around it is understood that once item gets back to Perth you will get a credit. You can then do whatever you want to do. I said "no" the local store was going to order the vaccuum and get it delivered. Change of staff member who suggested would never buy anything online goes through the same follow up but this time comes back with once item arrives back in WA credit will be processed then we can put in the replacement order. So it will now be another week before order is placed and then god only knows how long until it is delivered.

midday Monday. They were delivered from Victoria to Sydney NSW Tuesday. Even more amazing during a fuel crisis and prior to the Easter break. I can’t rate and thank the whole team highly enough. find out that the products were never actually in stock. These items were already difficult to find elsewhere, so I relied on the accuracy of their website when placing my order. After noticing a delay, I contacted customer service and was told that the items could be delivered within approximately a month, and I was even asked if I was happy to wait. At no point was I informed that there were any stock issues. Only after following up again was I told that the supplier had no stock available at all. This contradicts the previous information I was given and suggests a lack of transparency in their communication. Overall, I am frustrated that I was able to purchase items that were not available, and that I was given misleading information when I tried to get an update. I would not recommend based on this experience.

while you are actually using it, the filter doesn't capture any dust at all, and emptying the bin component is a work of art in itself. After a couple of months fighting with the dam thing, I contacted Godfreys under warranty, but no surprises at all, they tell me there is nothing wrong with the unit so they wont be replacing it or refunding it. No wonder so many people were unhappy with them and they went out of business. I will never use them again or recommend them, all buyers should be aware, you are not getting your guarantee as they promote, you are buying nothing more than a piece of junk

Bad customer service .Checking there website today to log onto my account only to find Access denied blacklisted so obvoiusly this is how they deal with customers who they can't reply to after taking there money.

brands page too - took time choose - and get what i wanted - no stock, but also said my old tv probably wasn't broken either - as it had gotten stuck with fetch and Telstra and downloads - i am not too good with this - but told them all about it, and after saying your Great 2019 tv was probably not broken, I'm a techie bloke - soi thought he'd probably be more update and know more than me - and got talked into what i figure is a much lesser tv - and three days after i got it - i rang the store and asked why don't i love this much newer tv - its awful, grey, sound, horrible - what is it, me - dumb blonde - sick of using that name for myself as a joke cos some bloke thinks that - I'm not dumb anymore, and far from dumb - but say it to make them realize hey - i am behind with all of this stuff - so don't sell me something that i cant manage - I'm 73 female disability pensioner etc. all that - well - gee - i wont give you the discounted price either - you pay cash and i will charge you the full price - a hundred dollars difference - just because some people just think how great they are - well same person, told me - well that is your opinion of your tv - YES OF COURSE IT IS - and only two people have seen both of them in action - and both say t he old one - is much better picture - and sound - and easier to use - SO i don't know for sure if the new version of the tv i wanted - either this size or one size bigger - would be better than my original tv either - but i still think it would be better than - what i consider the cheaper brands - which they are - but by his reckoning that i should be happy with that tv - and now they wont change it, exchange i or upgrade and i pay the difference - in the three days i had it before i rang in distress cos i couldn't figure it out on my own - gee - come and give me a hand to set it up ?? head cracking due to falling out while in use and the pushing along and the falling out caused the end to crack. I had the old vacuum head and hose which this never happened to, only changed as it was over 10 years old and which I passed on to my son who is still using it. The company will not honour this fault so I will simply get another vaccum company. Steer clear of Aussie VAC.

Update- like the previous reviewer, I contacted Betta Electrical head office who seem helpful and will contact Stax. Update- Betta head office contacted Stax and managed to get Stax to reply by email. They say my order will be delivered next week. Update- Got my stovetop. Stax is not worth the hassle.

this seller. I purchased a Samsung Odyssey G9 curved monitor after their website clearly advertised it as brand new. However: • Misleading product listing – The invoice nowhere states that the unit was refurbished or factory seconds. • Tampered compliance stickers – The product arrived with altered or removed compliance/warranty stickers, making it impossible to receive support from Samsung. • Zero after-sales support – Despite 10+ phone calls and multiple emails, they repeatedly refused to take responsibility or offer warranty coverage. • Rude and dismissive service – Every interaction was met with rudeness and a refusal to address the issue.
This is by far the worst purchasing experience I have had with any Australian retailer. The combination of false advertising, tampering with warranty compliance, and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. Bottom line: Do not risk your money, time, or peace of mind. Avoid this company at all costs.
Brought a Panasonic 5Kw wall system, after installing discovered the unit was very close 3 years old. You don't expect to buy a system that is already three years old from sitting around the warehouse. Very unfair. Pat from Adelaide.

the left hand side trim seal they wanted $80! Extortionate price difference based on whether it was in stock or not. The left was not in stock. A week later I decided I really did need the left hand side and I found two other online shops (.com.au websites) selling the identical genuine SMEG part for $19.95 and $27.95 plus shipping respectively. $19.95 Vs $80 is 4 times the price difference - just ludicrous!. So I rang State Wide to query their $80 price plus shipping price. TWO Customer Service reps tried to tell me about THEIR business problems. I have spent a LOT of money with spare parts at Statewide Appliance spares in recent years but after this fiasco I will NEVER buy from them again and I would not recommend them as a supplier. Dont get ripped off. Shop around to other spare parts providers!
