used a small machine, stating that he had “steam cleaned” them. I have engineered floors, and Sandra from Pure Dry Cleaning had previously advised me that the rugs should be taken outside and not cleaned on the engineered flooring. That advice was not followed. While there was no damage to the floors, the actual rug “cleaning” consisted of about five minutes of vacuuming per rug, which he then considered complete.

The couch was another major disappointment. Jeff stated that the marks were “stains,” which they were not. The clean was extremely quick and superficial. I later re-cleaned the couch myself using a basic Kmart cleaner, and the amount of dirt that came out was significant — enough to fill a vase — which clearly shows the job was not done properly - see attached picture for the dirt.

I want to acknowledge that the office team were professional and polite. However, the technician’s workmanship and the claims about his years of experience are highly questionable based on the outcome of this service.

made recommendations then provided a quote. For the service I accepted his advice. All spot stains where removed, carpet sanitised then Scotch Guarding applied. The result was a carpet that looked like new, pile lifted and increased stain resistance.

Found them through a neighbour who’d used them before. The cleaner showed up bang on schedule, did a quick walkthrough, and cracked on. Took care of a coffee stain that’d been there for months. Looks brand new now.

I emailed again and sent more photos to show how obvious the marks were. The response I received came from a Sales Consultant advising she would pass this onto the manager (who I had addressed the email to). Again, I received no response. cleaning was either incomplete or not done at all. The quality of work fell well below expectations.

What made the experience even worse was the way my concerns were handled. Throughout the process, I dealt with the manager, Danika, whose communication was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times rude. Instead of working towards a resolution, my concerns were met with a lack of empathy and support, which created unnecessary stress and frustration.

Before payment was made, I received multiple calls requesting immediate payment. However, once I raised concerns about the quality of the service provided, communication largely stopped and my attempts to seek assistance and resolution were ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a professional cleaning company.

The way this matter was handled has caused significant stress and anxiety. As a paying customer, I expected respect, professionalism, and accountability when raising legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for end of lease cleaning services.

UPDATE: Operator came out, about 3 weeks after initial service, and admitted the floors were slippery and he might have used double sealer. Floor stripped back and fine now. Busters came up as a recommendation, so I rang, booked and they came out. He tried to get both stains out but it didn't work, so sprayed them and said to leave for 7 to 10 days. After about 7 days I couldn't remember what I had to do so messaged him and asked...no response so went into Stain Busters website and told them and again ignored...yes original red wine stain removed but water stains left and Stain on carpet still very much there...they are definitely not 'Stain Busters'!!!

reviews, check the other businesses they've , and you will find the other reviewers for Need It Urgent who have their accounts set to "restricted." I deeply regret putting my trust in this service, and many weeks later I'm still picking up the pieces. The business owner [Name Removed] will promise you the world, and deliver worse than nothing. Note business statistics, 4 of the 5 star reviews were all posted within days of each other in September 2020. - Staff that turned up had near zero training and experience, and the tiny amount of work done was attempted in such an abysmal fashion that it's hard to put into words, but I needed to write something as a warning. - Staff ignored all instructions, and ("supervisor" and one of the founders) was particularly rude. - Turned up hours late, left hours early with majority of a time sensitive job packing unfinished. - Didn't provide the amount of staff promised on the days promised but still billed for the staff that didn't show. - Almost zero communication about delays and issues, didn't follow schedule at all. - Operate under multiple business names. - Will invoice such exorbitant amounts that it would be laughable if it wasn't so appalling. E.G. for one day they invoiced 10hrs ($500) for less than 15mins work collecting rubbish (scrap cardboard boxes) that they'd brought to and left at the property I'd moved out of. The new home owners complained to me. - An example of ONE box "packed" had open snail pellets, an open bottle of suncream, electronics, my artwork, antique heirlooms, fragile ornaments, stationary, jewellery, an indoor plant (with soil and all), garden poisons, medications and books. All in one box. - Every box they'd packed had similar examples of "common sense." - Boxes with precious items that I'd already packed and sealed were opened by staff to add in junk. One box I'd packed with expensive vintage boots had added mouse-traps with peanut butter, and cheap plastic bedrisers shoved in. The boots were irreversibly damaged.

They WILL try to take advantage of you. For NDIS clients out there this is especially pertinent as they seem to aim to exploit vulnerable clients. Claim to be NDIS REGISTERED and NDIS CERTIFIED but refuse to provide evidence of this. Claim they will only invoice for the work they do, which is not the case.

"Testimonial" excellent Google reviews on their website don't actually actually exist. Or the reviews on their other website.

I'm pursuing this case through formal channels, ACCC, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission etc.

He has ignored my recent written requests to never contact myself or family again, and only communicate with my authorised service coordinator.

insisted to drop off, even though I don't have a physical address but only a PO box. After much back and forth with them, I was able to collect it from the post office, which was kind enough to accept a drop off like this, and then it arrived like this (see photo). One bottle unsrewed, half the content missing, unappologetic customer service, so really don't recommend.
