used a small machine, stating that he had “steam cleaned” them. I have engineered floors, and Sandra from Pure Dry Cleaning had previously advised me that the rugs should be taken outside and not cleaned on the engineered flooring. That advice was not followed. While there was no damage to the floors, the actual rug “cleaning” consisted of about five minutes of vacuuming per rug, which he then considered complete.

The couch was another major disappointment. Jeff stated that the marks were “stains,” which they were not. The clean was extremely quick and superficial. I later re-cleaned the couch myself using a basic Kmart cleaner, and the amount of dirt that came out was significant — enough to fill a vase — which clearly shows the job was not done properly - see attached picture for the dirt.

I want to acknowledge that the office team were professional and polite. However, the technician’s workmanship and the claims about his years of experience are highly questionable based on the outcome of this service.

the carpet came up nice and clean. Machine can be lifted by 1person and fits into a mazda cx3. If there are stairs but no lift, recommend getting help carrying up the stairs. Will definitely hire again on a more regular basis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Back story if you wish to read on) Our rug was returned completely covered in spiked embedded straw embers, making the rug unusable, you couldn’t sit or touch it without being pricked by sharp spikes. (we have a little toddler and they couldn’t sit on it without getting marked and a rash from the sharp spikes) Pure n Bright claimed it was a fibre in the rug, Provincial living assured me the rug was 100% wool (it’s a very expensive rug) Pure n Bright said this was wrong and it was a fibre in the rug that came out from cleaning. This is 100% factually wrong. They cleaned it again and retuned it saying it was fixed, it was only worse. 4 months later, constantly following up, we went to take our matter to VCAT as all we wanted was our rug back. If we never pursued their services, we would have our rug as normal. We had a replacement rug provided after months of defending and backing ourselves, and seeking advice that we had every right to receive a replacement rug for Pure n Bright cleaning.

Pure n Bright will reply to this saying it was a rug issue, that they did everything they could to assist us in replacing this, that they successfully completed their services and have never had this issue before. The facts are – the rug was made from 100% wool, it took 4 months of us chasing Pure n Bright, they did nothing to assist us, they didn’t even communicate with their insurer correctly, delaying this whole process by months. They didn’t successfully complete their service because they completely destroyed our item.

Would recommend a reputable company, was a horrible and stressful experience.

months post-operative from major spinal surgery, and we also run a business from home, so we relied heavily on this service being completed properly and professionally.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

On the day of the clean (Monday 27th), the cleaners arrived hours late. We were told by [Name Removed] that if there were any issues, he would personally return to fix them. However, we were also told the job would not commence unless $600 cash was paid upfront, which already raised concerns.

The cleaner on site repeatedly asked my partner if he was “doing things right” and stated he had only been in the job for 2 months. The only cleaning products observed being used were basic Woollies and Coles spray & wipe and Windex, which is not what you would expect from a professional end-of-lease cleaning service.

When my partner asked what products he was using on the calcium build up on the shower screens he said Windex and further explained "you can't get calcium build up off shower screens". This is laughable... Go and buy One Shot Thick from Bunnings.. $15 a bottle..

The quality of the clean was extremely poor. Multiple areas were either missed entirely or not cleaned properly, including:

- Floors not swept or mopped - Built-in microwave not cleaned internally - Kitchen sink left with crumbs and debris - Rangehood streaky and needing re-cleaning - Oven glass needing re-cleaning - All taps not cleaned or polished - Shower screens heavily covered in calcium build-up - Mirrors streaky or not cleaned properly - Front door glass not cleaned - Carpet “steam clean” ineffective, with dust still able to be lifted from the carpet - A new stain was also left on the entryway tiles

We also had serious concerns about property security. We were instructed to leave the property so the cleaners could lock up, however when we returned the next day the property was left unlocked. We were then later asked to leave the property unlocked again for re-entry, which we did not agree to due to the previous issue.

We arranged for the cleaner to return the this morning at 8am to fix the issues. We arrived on time, only to be told at 8:30am that they would not arrive until 11am. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no communication or updates for hours.

When I spoke with [Name Removed] directly, the conversation became defensive and dismissive. He repeatedly said “what did you expect for $600” and attempted to justify the standard of work based on price. He also did not dispute that the carpet clean had been done at all and instead offered a partial refund for that only. However, the issues were not limited to the carpet.

At that point, I made it clear that we had engaged a professional end-of-lease cleaning service and expected a professional standard of work, regardless of internal pricing or cost assumptions. The response felt unprofessional and dismissive of the actual concerns raised.

Ultimately, we have been left cleaning the property ourselves after paying for a service that was not delivered to an acceptable standard.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and we will be taking this to the WA Consumer Protection & Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand.

Now before we get a response on this review from the Cleaning Super Boss Perth (owner), I have already reached out to your customer service team and looking forward to a refund.

when finally dried I had blotchy marks everywhere. When reported to management I was treated disgustingly. The Manger actually swore at me, raised his voice and was condescending. rescheduling. I travelled to the vacant property to meet them only to get a call after the scheduled time slot that someone is sick and they can’t come. Three days in a row they rescheduled and didn’t show. I have a deadline to hand back the keys as most people do. Wasted my time travelling back and forth to be cancelled on and promised that it will happen the next day. There are better, more reliable, and cheaper cleaners around. Don’t use these people.

apart from coming to my house 5 hours late at 6pm the service was HORRIBLE.

I have a 24 month old Nick Scali couch that has some general discouoration due to normal usage. After reviewing the couch next morning it was basically half cleaned half not cleaned, basically cleaned the flat part and all the corners and side left discoloured.

The worst part was when I complained about the service, they said no I was wrong and the couch was clean, even after my sharing of the couch, they then shared photo back to me when they had wet the couch to show how dark it was and dirty - they were arguing with me about my couch. They then offered me 20% off another clean to come back and finish the cleaning they never did.

Absolute rude as hell manager running this business - I hope they go out of business with that service.
