a few days we had realised that our kitchen kick boards had extremely buckled. Our kick boards were already faded over time but they were never buckled. Even our buffet has a buckle in a small section. I messaged him to let him know and even an apology would’ve been ok or acknowledgment would’ve been nice. But he called me to let me know that it was already like that before he started. Very rude and unprofessional! I specifically told the technician while he was here that I was not happy with the result and that I expected the cleaning to be substantially better than what I had previously achieved myself using a Bunnings carpet cleaning machine. His response was essentially that “that’s how it is.”

For $350, I expected a much better result from a professional cleaning service.

The frills on the runners are still brown and look heavily soiled, while there is also obvious brown discolouration remaining throughout the carpet. When I raised this with the technician, he told me that it would be better to simply cut the frills off because, despite his 40 years of experience, no professional cleaner can clean them properly.

I find this response completely unacceptable. If certain areas cannot be properly cleaned, this should have been explained to me before the service was carried out—not after I have paid $350 and am left with a result that is still visibly unsatisfactory.

I paid for a professional service because I expected a professional result, not to be told that the remaining dirt and stains are simply “how it is.”

When I got back to the house and saw only 2 of the 3 repairs had been done I asked for a proportionate refund, I was told on 31/7 "I will look into the refund immediately", then on 11/8 we were told we had paid $450 (NOT) then on 13/8 were told 1) we paid $560 which included the underlay (NOT) and 2) that as the work was complete there could be no refund. I needed a professional end of lease clean completed because it was required for my contract, and I was only **two days away from settlement**. This was not something I could simply leave unfinished and find someone else to do at the last minute.

The cleaners were approximately **THREE HOURS LATE** arriving at my property. There was no proper apology or concern about the delay. When my daughter pointed out that they were three hours late, the attitude was essentially **so what**.

What happened next was even worse.

After arriving three hours late, at around **4 pm**, the male cleaner was apparently prepared to **WALK OUT OF THE JOB**, even though they had already taken my **$50 deposit** and I was relying on them to complete the professional clean required for my contract.

I could hear him speaking on the phone to his superior and discussing leaving. I was extremely stressed because **I had no realistic chance of finding another cleaner at 4 pm**, with the job still needing to be completed and settlement only two days away. I also had to **work the following day**, making the situation even more difficult.

They knew I urgently needed this professional clean completed, yet there appeared to be **no care or consideration whatsoever** for the position they were putting me in. After taking my $50 deposit and arriving three hours late, the fact that they were prepared to potentially walk out and leave me without a cleaner was absolutely shocking.

The male cleaner in particular was extremely unpleasant and, in my experience, showed absolutely no concern about the stress he was causing me.

There were also areas of the property that were **left uncleaned**. By that point, I did not even want to confront them or argue with them about it. I preferred to **clean those areas myself** rather than have any further interaction with them.

There were also other issues during the clean. They took a cooktop brochure I had left for the next person, stood on it with wet footwear and left footprints all over the new brochure. I was left wondering whether I would have to throw it away.

I was also charged an **additional $90 for the shower screen**, which I dispute. The shower screen was not excessively dirty, and it was advertised as part of their end of lease cleaning service.

Their vehicle was also left in my shared driveway, and when asked about moving it, I was told they needed to remove their cleaning equipment first. This made me nervous because I was concerned my neighbour would return and be unable to use the shared driveway.

The cleaning took **less time than I had been quoted**. At the end, the cleaners simply walked out. The male cleaner went to his vehicle, started it and waited for the other two without saying anything to me or even checking the completed clean with me.

This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional service experiences I have had. **Arriving three hours late, taking my $50 deposit, and then being prepared to walk out at around 4 pm when I had no realistic opportunity to find another cleaner, with settlement only two days away, was completely unacceptable.**

I am leaving this review to warn other customers. Based on my experience, I would **not use this company again**.
