The protective case I ordered wasn't as described either and has split.
Reebelo responded and asked me to send pictures of the phone to make sure I hadn't damaged their nonsense phone they sent me that didn't work. Basically called me a liar.
Never buy a phone of this pathetic company.
Very average service.

$8k+ Planned for a while and been dreaming of this machine! When I ordered it I asked to be able to plug in my Data Drive (SATA) from current/old PC. I need this so it doesn’t slow me down too much in the transition between machines. Simple request, you’d think.
Collected machine Sunday. Rude unhelpful front of house guy. Spoke with a senior sales guy, he confirmed SATA would be there and fine. Open up to check it Monday morning no SATA cables installed, everything from the PSU bound up with cable ties. Ran one SATA cable, extremely hard because of the CASE + PSU combo and my old eyesight. The GPU had a piece of plastic wrapper loosely stuck on it. That’s not been QA’d properly, I thought.
He also said this is no big deal, but if we’re talking about a GPU worth $2k+ I sure don’t want a piece of plastic floating about inside the case that can interfere with cooling fans on the GPU or the Case!
Monday morning - I called and explained the problem. I was told it would take a day or so to fix. Took it into the store and asked why it had no SATA cable? Patronising replies saying why didn't I specify it? Well, I thought I did when I asked to be able to use my Data Drive, told that "our normal customers can handle this"... I guess they have better eyesight and smaller fingers than me - lucky them, BUT I asked and paid CA to do it.
I arrived at the front desk and asked for a manager to discuss why it wasn't built right. Young bloke (the same rude one from Sunday) just says "no, go to service desk". I ask again, "no, go to service desk". I lug the whole thing (heavy) to the service desk and look back... that young bloke on the front desk is literally laughing at me struggling with this thing and me being annoyed about having to be there because of their mistakes.
Spoke to a junior at the service desk. Explained the whole situation.
Out comes the manager of the service desk. Doesn’t introduce himself. I ask his name. I say I just explained the whole situation, can this (junior) guy fill you in? No, belligerently. I have to go over it all again. I asked to record it on my phone, in case I have to repeat myself again - a 4th time (remember, I already called). No, I do not consent, he says. Okay repeat for third time,
He says that it's easy to fix, we can do that in 30-60 mins. Fine, do it.
I leave, they call, I come back 75-90 mins later.
I collect, take it home and unpack it all again for a second time. I’d missed 3 meetings, and the day was disrupted.
Next day (Tuesday) at the end of the day I get time to take the Data Drive from my current/old PC and set up the new machine. Excited.
First boot goes okay, but then dies right after the OS asks for the country (3 min in). I boot again, nothing. Dies after 20-45 seconds - over and over.
I try removing all my screens. I remove all USBs except keyboard and mouse. I remove my HDD and repeat all the above. Nothing. This thing is DOA.
Next morning Wednesday. I email before they open asking for it to be rectified that day or a refund. I call as soon as they open and ask if they got the email. Spoke to manager of Service Desk (belligerent from yesterday). I explain it is DOA, we discuss what I did. I say I’d like it fixed and if they can’t then a refund is the best answer. His reply is typically belligerent.
I can’t have a refund unless he confirms it doesn't work. I don't think Aussie Consumer Law quite works like that pal, but I say nothing and take it in. Hand it over and watch them set it up. It works for a while then they’re leaving the sides off and poking things. I suggest putting the sides on because the issue is likely overheating. I don’t want them to claim it isn’t DOA because it works with the sides off.
I have to leave for a meeting but before I go I confirm based on their attitude and behaviour I just want a refund. Manager guy confirms this is “okay” because the cooling system has failed - hmm but that we will have to come in many many times because they can’t refund more than $1k at a time!
And suggests paying back onto our bank account not the card we used.
I left, went to my meeting and left this for my financial controller to handle. Firstly the consumer law is pretty clear that they’re out of order in multiple ways here.
The full refund was arranged at midday ish and by mid arvo we’ve found somewhere else to buy from that’s 5% cheaper, has a better warranty and seems 10x better customer service wise. It definitely can’t be worse!
After buying a dozen or more machines over the years from Computer Alliance this is where we part ways.
This whole situation stinks. I run a business. I know mistakes happen, but how you handle them is a big sign of how good your culture and people are. On that measure this is just a stinking mess.
The fact that no one accepted responsibility, apologised, or owned any of this says everything - the arrogance and belligerence and dismissive behaviour is a culture worth avoiding, like the plague.
They emailed to say the issue was because the cooling system had actually been unplugged and was a simple fix. It seems obvious that it was unplugged by them when they did the SATA install which they claimed was easy and their normal customers can do themselves... their approach to Quality Assurance is clearly lacking because they could have easily booted it up after messing about inside, but chose not to.
If you’re a business, go elsewhere.

even though it was coming to NZ from Australia. I was thrilled! But to my shock horror, they had sent me the wrong phone. It was the correct model but the wrong colour. I had also ordered a near perfect model, but the one I recieved had quite a lot of cosmetic damage. It took a LOT of effort to get in touch with the customer service team. Eventually they offered me the choice of a very small partial refund for the difference in price, or to send it back for the one I had ordered. I decided to just take the refund as sending it back was a massive inconvenience at the time. The phone for the most part has been awesome. However I did notice that in the settings the battery and the camera were not recognised as genuine apple parts. 6 months later the battery has completely shat itself. I got in touch with their customer service team as this would be covered under the warranty. They emailed me a return label. I asked if instead I could get the repair done in NZ and have them reimburse me. They said their warranty only applied to in house repairs, which I thought was fair enough. I ultimately decided to get the repair done through an accredited apple provider instead because I had no doubt in my mind that they hadn’t used real parts. Instead of waiting weeks for my phone back, I paid a small fee for a battery replacement and got my phone back at the end of the day.
All in all, the phone is okay. Their customer service is okay. I have bought better quality refurbished items from other companies before with much better luck, but if you don’t care too much about quality then these guys are good. They will do the repairs if things go wrong, but ultimately, you need to be aware of the inconvenience of having to ship the phone back to them, as opposed to dropping it off to a service provider and having it back at the end of the day.

I could hear the sound of the ‘green man’ as he was crossing a road in Sydney. He directed me to his online reviews and I trusted him and the reviews. The camera arrived shortly afterwards and it is precisely as advertised. If there are any faults Michael will book in the warranty repairs for me as the Japan warranty is honoured here in Australia and he will sort out any issues. Thoroughly recommend. I saved $700 on my camera, making a much better camera affordable for me. Just excellent in terms of service and follow up care.

ordered two items. The checkout did mention lead times on those items. One shipped in 1-3 days and the other in 1-2 weeks. I paid for expedited delivery, which I think any reasonable person would assume would result in the first item, with its 1-3 days shipping time, to be sent within that shipping time... instead they lumped them both together and now I have to wait two weeks for something I reasonably expected to be put into the post ASAP having paid $22 for the privilege.
Instead of trying to resolve the matter, [Name Removed] from customer service basically replied, "LOL :)" and that was that. Good job, [Name Removed]. Just casually out there impacting businesses with crazy levels of bad customer service.
No matter. It was only a $2,000 order with a vendor I was told offered good service.

closed on a Sunday and I couldn't do a pick up on Monday I selected another Perth Umart store that was a bit closer to me.
Come the end of the week and there's still no emails confirming pick up. I go online and it says it was processed by a robot on Monday. When I call customer service to ask why I haven't received an email to pick up I was told that "yes, the products are available for immediate pick up from the Belmont warehouse, but your order was processed by the QLD warehouse and they're sending it over to the local store you've selected, so it should arrive in up to 10 business days!"
When I ask if I can just go pick up my order from the Belmont warehouse I was told they can't change an order once it's been actioned and I would need to cancel my order and then repurchase the products and select the Belmont Warehouse instead of the Osbourne Park store.
The inability to correct the order is disappointing, however the real issue is that orders are being processed in a completely illogical way and the website is miscommunicating the time frames for these products (the website said no more than a couple business days). I purchased from Umart at a higher price because they have local stores and a warehouse, and I thought that would ensure I would have the monitors this week.
Don't waste your money and time - just go to the local tech store, or choose an online retailer and select express shipping - at least you know it will actually arrive in 1-3 business days.

never anyones fault. It's how any situation is handled that define who they are, and in this case, required the one star review.
Just rude and unpleasant to deal with. Lovely to deal with when everything is going well, but it is how people handle situations when things are not going well that define them, and these people just didn't handle it well for me, one star.
I would love to think everyone just got out on the wrong side of the bed and it rolled into a bad day. But it left a bad taste in my mouth and had me being rude right back. I don't like being rude and found myself mirroring their behaviour. Ultimately I was being someone I am not while interacting with them. I decided it was better for me to walk away.
I put this here in the hope that core-electronics will improve. They certainly have a lot of 5 star reviews with comments like goods arrived promptly or arrived as per the description. If I didn't care I would walk away and never say anything. I have connections to Townsville so I have always paid the little bit more and enjoyed knowing I was supporting the community. Hopefully you do better next time.

device, I was not aware of the extent of the software and compatibility limitations.
After receiving the iPad, I discovered that many commonly used applications could not be installed, iCloud backups could not be restored, and even basic services such as Google and YouTube did not function properly. In my view, these limitations significantly affected the usability of the device for everyday use.
I contacted BecexTech to discuss the issues and provided photographs showing the problems I experienced. Their position was that the device was operating as designed and that the limitations were due to the age of the device and the maximum supported iOS version.
Although they eventually agreed to accept a return, it was only under their Change of Mind Policy and subject to a $25 restocking fee on a $99 purchase. Kogan also requested that the fee be waived, however BecexTech declined.
I appreciate that a return was offered, but I am disappointed with the overall outcome and do not feel the practical limitations of the device were adequately disclosed before purchase. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from BecexTech again.
