Purchased a luxury hamper (instead of sending flowers) for a dear friend whose partner had passed. The hamper was delivered promptly and exactly as ordered. Recipient was very happy the contents.

were 9 other orders in front of me. So, my anniversary flowers arrived after 5pm. They arrived looking like they'd been picked days earlier - weren't all that fresh, albeit beautifully arranged. Additionally, when I ordered using Google Pay, the site over-rode my delivery instructions and put my name on the delivery instead, so I had to go back and edit the order afterwards to re-enter correct details. Won't be using this site guys again, really disappointed in the overall experience.

Then on the 19th I received a tracking ID. I rang up and cancelled again. They said refund was in the pipeline and they would recall the items from the courier. On Monday 22nd items were delivered to my home and still sit as I can't give them out now. It's now 31st Dec and I'm still waiting on my refund because of holidays! Terrible experience and will not buy from them again. Absolutely hopeless.

Very disappointed. The bouquet of red roses I ordered was not fresh. The roses were fully opened, looked like the petals were about to fall off, and likely would not last until the next day. I will not be ordering from them again.

They advised that they would resend it and refund my express delivery fee (which is the bare minimum imho). I had expected that they would give me a voucher or add a few items to the hamper. They might have nice things but I wouldn’t know yet. Flowers were delivered on time, and the recipient of them said, and I quote "they were absolutely beautiful". Price was also reasonable and so was the delivery price. Would definitely use top florist again.
