Yes I have had issues with the rubber compacting and feeling stones through the bottom but this is after nearly 12 months of continued service. Compared to other thongs, they have an extremely long life. They get a bit slippery when wet and they get squeaky when damp and the arch support takes a little bit of time to get used to. But everything aside, I hope never have to go back to another thong. Keep up the good work.

love my wellies - I wear them every day, and I have some for summer, some for winter, some for high grass and some for mud and rain (they all work well for that!) Recently I purchased a pair of rubber clogs, and I love the comfy slip-on for wandering around the laundry and close to the house. asking whether it was a fresh product or sent from discarded item by mistake and did mention I was leaving for a long holiday. After 2 days I received an email offering a partial refund to keep the item or to return once I am back and I agreed to keep the item for the refund. I didn't hear back from them for next 8 days despite of sending 2 follow up emails so I contacted them over messenger. At first they completely denied saying they didn't receive my email response and when I sent the screenshots of my emails, they asked me to return the item for a refund by completely ignoring the first agreement particularly when they knew I already left for my holidays. I didnt bother to extend the conversation since I understood their business ethics. TBH their products are very average or below average compared to the price (100% made in China) and I really doubt how many of the reviews are authentic or only picked as per "special selection" like many other dishonest online businesses. But ofcourse please rely on your personal experience and not on my review.

my daughter, and I was trying to continue that sentiment by buying something she would have loved to give her — a simple bag for her upcoming birthday. That’s all I was trying to do.

I went to to purchase a bag that was advertised with 20% off. But their website is completely broken — the checkout just loops endlessly, going round and round with no way to actually complete the purchase.

I contacted customer service, explained everything, and asked for help. Instead of actually doing anything useful, I was told the item had “probably sold out.” At the time I was trying to buy it, it was clearly still showing as available — no warnings, no low stock notice, nothing. Just another excuse.

I asked for escalation. I asked for someone to actually assist me. Instead, I got the same copy-paste responses over and over again — like they couldn’t care less. No ownership, no effort, no resolution.

The only thing they offered? Increasing the discount from 20% to 25%. Completely useless when I still couldn’t even get through checkout.

Honestly, it felt like they went out of their way to not help. Dismissive, unhelpful, and completely indifferent — even after I explained the situation and why this purchase actually meant something.

I will not be shopping with City Beach again. If this is how they treat customers trying to make a meaningful purchase, they can keep their products.

Courier responded in acceptable time frame seller was days later. Long story short courier admitted loss on their end. And even after sharing this info with seller it took weeks more for them to agree to resend items. By now the item that was principal to the order was no longer available. It’s been the most dreadful online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Culture Kings can’t even be bothered to respond to any emails anymore with a real person just a AI response. Buyer beware. I’m not even sure a refund was processed by culture kings. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

their customer service team to be seriously lacking. They sent me an email saying some socks were out of stock and would I like to exchange for something else. I asked for a different pair that was cheaper, but after I got the shipping notification there was nothing about the refund for the difference. I wrote back and was told that they can only exchange for same price items. Well why didn't you say that in the first place? And why didn't you refund ASAP instead of waiting for me to chase it up? Such a waste of time. It seems that they only want to pay lip service to "satisfying their customers".
