Yesstyle again over the past year and find their prices and sales are excellent value. I don't bother with express shipping. Standard shipping is with Australia Post and I prefer my mail to come through Australia Post because you are more likely to receive your parcel. Shipping on average is about 3 weeks. If a product becomes out of stock just after you order, which has happened to me a couple of times, then it's usually around 5 weeks. The speed of shipping doesn't bother me so much, as long as I get what I ordered in good condition. I have never received any broken or substandard products and it seems like the stock is stored in correct conditions. I have not received any heat affected products and everything always looks and smells fresh. The rewards program offered by Yesstyle is quite good too and there are always extra discounts and codes for further savings. I'm really happy with my overall experience with Yesstyle.

bikini, the most recent one I bought was noticeably smaller by several cm width and height of triangle cup. You can’t return for free and can only get store credit so it suck’s that they defend inaccurate sizing. Customer service kept justifying that their products vary in size between styles - yet the size guide doesn’t vary at all so you are you supposed to know that one triangle bikini will fit versus another that won’t even cover enough to be acceptable to wear in public? Super disappointed with my most recent experience and won’t be shopping here again. Previously had fine experiences. Products aren’t great quality but are reasonably priced. Now I’m super put off by the dishonest practices

that the fitted laces were extremely long (150 cm) and not functional. Took the shoes back to the Ecco shop today and spent 20minutes with a very unhelpful staff member who wasn’t customer service oriented and despite her finding the receipt online, gave me the big run around to change the laces. I eventually offered to purchase new laces to get resolution. Have purchased about 10 pairs of shoes there over the past 5 years. Very poor customer service and difficult to deal with and an unhappy regular customer.

love my wellies - I wear them every day, and I have some for summer, some for winter, some for high grass and some for mud and rain (they all work well for that!) SHEIN-level quality, if not worse. The fabric is fraying everywhere, and the slits go extremely high up the thighs even though I’m not a tall person.

And good luck trying to return it, because it will likely cost you almost as much as you paid for the dress and shipping in the first place. You’ll end up losing a significant amount of money. Overall, this purchase was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the price.

label almost microscopic. Also NOT sheepskin as anyone would expect. Cow leather bonded with subpar fleece, not labelled as such, had to consult the internet for that information. Returned in original condition only to find NO REFUND policy. Shop assistant treated my husband like an absolute [Content Removed]. Husband emailled head office only to be told as an ‘adult shopper’ he should have known to check. The word AUSTRALIAN is all over the packaging, the words made in [Content Removed] were very well hidden. After many emails with [Name Removed] who apparently works in customer care admits the Made in [Content Removed] information is hidden in the tie which is blocked by packing cardboard but he should have known. I bought a pair of Mongrel safety boots from RSEA Auburn store, it's support for my flat feet arch is fantastic, DeWalt was not that bad for arch support but not as good as this one, hopefully helps with my plantar fasciitis problem and lasts long.
