was double packaged to avoid damages during delivery and the product was exactly as described. We got aluminium powder coated numbers as well to match. Installation of everything was quick and easy and the results look amazing. If you're looking for a letterbox, I highly recommend purchasing from Milkcan. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed]. Due to our house still being under construction, our septic system has not been commissioned yet and our toilets had been taped shut by the builder. One of the installers has broken the tape which had " DO NOT USE" written on it and proceeded to defecate in our toilet. No other trades had been present in the time since they left and we discovered what had happened, therefore despite the denial from the installers, no other person could have done it. Understand that when you are busting to go that you need to go, but you do not rip open a toilet which is not connected and proceed to do your business in it. Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service. Deny all you like, both the installers and us know it was done by your team, a sorry and an offer to come and clean up the mess that was left was all that was required. Use some common sense next time.

Christmas. That timeframe was the only reason I proceeded.
When I later asked them to go ahead, I was suddenly told they were too busy and could not meet the agreed timeframe. I advised that if they could not honour their promise, I wanted my deposit refunded.
They refused and kept my full deposit, despite no materials being delivered and no work or expenses incurred.
I was told this was allowed under Australian law. Even if that is the case, I do not believe it is ethical business practice.
As a pensioner, $2,000 is a significant amount of money. This experience raises serious concerns about how issues are handled once they have your money.

get from a depot just over an hour away to my place and they are next to impossible to get into contact with.
While this was not Baha they are using this courier service when as soon as you google them you can see the overwhelming negative reviews and experiences people have had dealing with Border express so it is really inexcusable for any company that cares about customer service to even contemplate using.

it. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for shipping costs and they are based in Switzerland. It was going to cost more, than the cost of the rug, to ship it back. My rug looked nothing like the photo online. It should be made very clear what the return policy is.
