subscription they offered. Despite this, the company continued to charge my bank account without my consent.

This feels misleading and unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about hidden subscriptions or unauthorized charges after explicitly refusing them. Transparency and trust are essential, and in this case, both were lacking.

On top of that, the quality of the wine was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. It certainly did not justify the price or the overall experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied and expect a full refund of all unauthorized payments. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company and to carefully monitor their bank statements.

The range they have is astounding and some hard to find items and the pricing is very good The delivery is fast and always well packaged to protect the bottles Highly recommend 10/10

When we followed up with their team regarding this issue, we were simply informed that a mistake had been made. We are truly disappointed with the level of service provided, as one of the key reasons we selected this company for our Christmas hampers was their ability to supply custom-printed boxes.

March and still no technician has come out to firstly repair the fridge and secondly inspect and report on the damaged floor boards. A follow up email was sent with no reply in April. Phone call in May was met with significant wait times and referrals (not transfer, I was told to call back and selected a different line!). Our issues is yet to be resolved. We are left with a faulty fridge and water damaged floor boards and skirting boards. Avoid at all costs. You’ll be left with a faulty product and damaged floors with no resolution! We are consulting with our solicitor next week and decided to take this further publicly and legally out of principle. We know it will cost us more but companies cannot be allowed to get away with this behaviour. We will we paid more for a better brand and company!

I have purchased wine in the past. However, have on numerous occasions asked to be taken off the call list and continue to be harassed continually on almost a weekly basis; I'm not interested in being contacted about wine.

My favourite online shop for tequila – A friend started working at a Mexican restaurant & their margaritas are my fave of all time. I asked here which tequila they use & she sent me to Top Shelf Tequila & I’ve never looked back! The best tequila, fast shipping & great communication. 10/10

use Australia Post, with delivery received in 4-5 days. I ordered a wine dozen for my family in metropolitan Adelaide on December 13th, as a xmas present. It's now December 30th and they are yet to receive the delivery! The tracking number given does not exist. In the metro area, Nick's uses a company called Aramex for deliveries. O'h dear, have a look at Aramex on Product Review! I can see where the problem lies. Nick's have chosen a courier on price, not competency. I will continue to order my wines from Nick's as they use Australia Post for my location. I will need confirmation of a courier change to ever order again for metro area delivery. Nick's need to address this situation quickly, as their deservedly good reputation is being quickly eroded.

However, on my birthday when I opened the box it was a "very old St nick" still an expensive bottle but around the $600 price. When they were contacted, which is only through the "support" or chat. They mentioned that it was a mistake and they were sorry and would organise a swap. They agreed to get the incorrect bottle picked up and luckily i got sent the correct bottle. It is possible that this was a genuine mistake, however the birthday surprise was ruined. I'm posting this as a record for other buyers and also for KSC to have a QA check with their deliveries.

very helpful woman from the freight company it still would not be here I cannot complain about the ease of ordering and the product range although frootbat needs to lift irs game in regard to freight deliveries. The problem arose from the fact that after I'd ordered the product, a message was sent explaining that frootbat does not deliver to Australia Post parcel collect boxes.. that in itself is very poor communication, where I suspect that the reason for doing it after the fact, was that frootbat were most likely afraid of losing a customer if I couldn't use Australia Post as my pick-up point, and somehow, some fool mixed up the revised delivery address by mixing the invalid Australia Post delivery address with my home address. I eventually received my product after weeks of waiting. I'm not a 1st time entry into the world of purchasing online, considering I've been going this before the inception of the internet, ordering high end spirits from all over the world.....to give an example 20 year old Pappy Van Winkle was AUD$200 a bottle, before those pretenders called celebrities starting endorsing it. I will give frootbat one more chance and most likely order the 15 year old Pappy Van Winkle, the best Pappy out of all of them, in my opinion......when I last ordered a15 year old Pappy, way before most of you were into fine spirits, it was about AUD$175.00
