expected a reply to the email or hopefully a refund the next business day but nothing so just out of curiosity late that night I checked the order number to find it was posted at 8pm that night some 24 hours after my email requesting the order cancellation and I have yet to receive any communication from them to deny the request or notify me of the orders postage and tracking which of course goes against their advertised policy and removes them of having to refund the shipping cost when I drive these items back to the warehouse and return them as I have no intention of supporting a company that treats its customers so poorly

For example, a tube top advertised as fitted with no stretch and meant to fit an 86–88 cm bust arrived measuring around 71 cm.

I asked how a 71 cm top is supposed to fit an 86–88 cm bust, and all I got in response was that the “size guide reflects general body measurements” and is “not intended to represent exact garment measurements.” That still doesn’t answer the question.

I don’t see how anyone can rely on their sizing when there’s such a big mismatch and no clear explanation.

They eventually agreed to refund me to the original payment method, but framed it as a one-time exception and still expect me to pay $132 for international return shipping to get the refund.

Overall, it feels like they are more focused on sticking to policy than actually addressing a clear issue. I shop online a lot, and this is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had — I felt like I had to leave a review to warn others in all ways I can.
