every step of my delivery including expected time. Was also able to track delivery online. Alex, who delivered the table, was polite and accomodating. Even called to say he was 15 minutes away. He was even a little early which didn’t matter as I knew when to expect him so I had everything cleared and ready.

but now anytime she steps on the bottom rung the plastic slips off, its rough underneath so I can't just leave it off. This is a good bed for little ones but hardly safe when standing on what should be a safe step and it slides out from under her. She isn't a heavy or large girl but even so it should be more secure knowing kids are using it

several places which was very disappointing. I complained and a new table sent to the store. Upon inspections it was again had several issues. Visible glue and raised sections. So we rejected again. Another new table was offered alongside a tiny refund to keep it or a in store voucher for a higher sum. Trying to trick me into spending more money. This store is supposed to be high end furniture and it's the second time I have received faulty good form them. The quality control looks to be extremely poor. Two tables were not up to what you would expect form this company. Customer care was ok. They will be refunding me and picking up the table. My advice to anyone having issues is to definitely raise a complaint as it's the only way this company will get back to putting customers and their products first. Also demand delivery to your home. It's very disappointing as the furniture looks nice and the staff in the shop are great but there is a clear disregard for consistently providing quality manufactured goods.

CLASSIC and CHIROPEDIC PRESSURE RELIEF PILLOW GEL CONTOUR which was recommended has been very difficult and painful. We paid $5,870 including the recommended Braga Base. I have spoken to sales regarding neck, shoulder and elbow pain as well as numbness within 60 days of purchase concerned the mattress was faulty. I was told our bodies need to get used to the mattress and to rotate the mattress which I was already doing. Told to get a further pillow top cover which I did but to no relief. We even bought new cheaper pillows. Both my wife and I are still suffering pain daily from this mattress. The only reason we have continued to persevere to sleep on this mattress is because of the expensive outlay we have paid. Sales have not been forthcoming or helpful. Quick to take the money but no after sales support. We missed the 100 night trial because we were overseas on a holiday but returned on day 108 only to be told that the 100 night offer had elapsed. We still raised concerns about the mattress being faulty. It was on holidays that we realised how bad our YINAHLA PREMIER LUXE QUEEN MATTRESS really was. We have holidayed in many cabins at caravan parks and hotels since buying the Yinahla and even the cheap old mattress in the cabins were more comfortable and pain free than the expensive Yinahla. Please note, our previous mattress was great. We had no pain and it lasted 15 years before we thought to upgrade or downgrade as it appears we did. Neither my wife or I have ever had any neck, shoulder, elbow pain or numbness prior to this mattress.

$1,000 chair is faulty from the begining with the arm rest not staying up. How much I shopped around before purchasing I really expected more from such an expensive product. It makes me question the products overall quality comparted to other crappy products on the market at the likes of Office Works etc. I actually found a very similar product at Office Works cheaper with the exact some arm rest problem and now question if its all the same product just white labelled.

Bought thousands of $ with Zanui so far but no more and I advise you to also search out alternatives.

Now, there's no way to contact the company, the website is removed. No email or contact link, nothing!

This is is a scammer business and with new owners will get doubtlessly get worse.

Says delays up to 10 days because I'm remote(ish) but that was more than a month ago.

A company's internal dynamic is irrelevant to purchasers. Raise a ruckus and vote with your $$$ … go somewhere else.

partial refund and keep the items or I wanted the company to swap the items out and send me the ones as described and as seen on the website. The company would like me to send the items back whilst I have to pay for shipping cost to send the items back and the only way that I will have a chance to get new items in the same table is for me to re-purchase at the now higher price due to the fact that there is no sale. The company has continuously refused the resolution that I am requesting which is either a partial refund and I keep the tables or they collect the items the tables at their cost and they resend me out new tables as they are described on the website.

and be home for the assembly which I paid an additional fee for. The delivery driver arrived with just a mattress (no bed). I called customer service who said that I would need to pay an additional delivery fee for the delivery of the bed. After complaining, they agreed to deliver the bed the following week with no fee. I took another day off work (which I shouldn’t have had to do) only to have the delivery guys run away when I said that I paid for assembly. I called customer service who said they’d organise for the delivery guys to come back. After another 3 calls to customer service, I received an email saying that they’d come and assemble the bed in 3 days time. So I need to take a 3rd day off work. When I escalated the call to speak with a manager she suggested that we do the assembly ourselves. I explained that I’m a widowed mum without support, she told me that she wasn’t to know my situation. Their lack of organisation, empathy and professionalism is why I’d never go back and highly recommend others into take their business elsewhere.
