The samples were double sided and there was no mention of this on the website. Track and accessories look like cheap plastic and string. I was provided with a tracking number, however the tracking information cannot be located, leaving me with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but my calls have gone unanswered.

I had a specific timeframe for this installation to be completed, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Good customer service is about keeping customers informed, especially when delays occur.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing. Delays can happen, but poor communication and lack of updates are unacceptable.

extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist me to firstly understand that a different sized rug would suit my space (he was absolutely correct!) and also offered me several relevant suggestions in terms of color, texture, material, sizing and placement (looking at pictures of my living room).

I spoke to both the store owner Mark and Paul and was able to negotiate an excellent price for the selected rug. The whole process was seamless and when I was concerned about the size of the rug they suggested a service whereby the rug could be cut to size. This is an excellent alternative for ordering a custom rug.

They were so kind they even demonstrated how to use a tape measure and explained to me how to go about getting the specific measurement I needed at home.

I highly recommend this store and these gentlemen for their integrity, product knowledge and customer service. I will definitely go back to them for any flooring/carpeting needs.

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them. The fabric on both the curtains was not the same, so one has a bigger hem than the other. Next time we will order custom for that bit extra. They're lovely curtains but it was a bit disappointing.

curtains or blinds from Curtain Wonderland. The service is atrocious even though the company sprouts on its web page that the customer comes first. I accepted that it would take 4 - 6 weeks to have products made; however, I was not informed that installation was subject to whenever a truck could be sourced and then, whether the installer had time. In short, my curtains were made and 'apparently' (hard to get answers) delivered to a city warehouse at about the 6-week mark. After many phone calls and emails, I eventually found out that it was perfectly acceptable to Curtain Wonderland, for me to wait another 8 weeks for a truck and installer to be available to install my custom-made products. Every time I look at my curtains, I feel annoyed, upset and down right cranky! I'm hoping one day that feeling will go away.

the mechanism had given way. Blind was repaired under warranty & unfortunately the same issue arose just short of 4 years later in March 2026. Contacted the retailer who in turn contacted Luxaflex & this is their response: ‘Thanks for your email. As the original blind was supplied in 2018, it is outside the warranty period, and the original fabric (Aurora Daisy White) has been discontinued with no close match available. However, to support you and the customer, we can offer a discount on a remake using an alternative fabric.’

There is nothing wrong with the blind itself, it is the mechanism, as it is not fit for purpose. I believe it is either the weight of the plastic bottom rail as it seems heavy in comparison to the blind & or the blind hardware. As others have said, save money & look at other Companies.
