in excellent condition. I’ve recently also ordered the WPI and it is great. Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

the call - price is actually $349 for first month for Wegovy, $499 for first month of Monjaro and goes up from there. Extra support is also extra costs. They said "oh there are T&C's" but who reads that when it comes to costs. As far as I am concerned it is false advertising. Costs should be upfront on main page. Not to mention you share a lot of personal information, take photos of your self and your id to send to them (very confronting) and pay the amount of $249 before the practitioner call to then find out the figures advertised are wrong. THEN they send me a message saying Juniper is not the right fit for me - not that they have done the wrong thing by advertising it wrong. She also said to me oh well if your health isn't worth the extra money then it is not her fault. This is confronting enough without being "guilted" into spending more. NOT OK! Wonder what the ACCC would say about the false advertising??? mmmmm......

on my order. However, no responses to my emails from which I put on the order. However, they have replied to my emails I tested from an alternate email address. They are avoiding my order and requests for an update. And they don't have a phone number that works to be able to follow up. Essentially, they've stolen my money and I can't retrieve the funds as the CC I purchased the items on is closed. If you want customer service, then find alternate online stores to buy your products from.

Avoid this online frame service at all costs. You risk receiving poorly made, unfit lenses with no option for a refund or fix. Instead, they blame customers for placing an “incorrect order.” They don't realise they are operating online and customer dont have privilege to check before order and it is their responsibility to make customer happy with the service.

My entire bad experience with this company could have been avoided if they had communicated better and maintained a properly functioning website.

Because of their poor service, I ended up wasting money on rubbish lenses. I had to throw away the lens order and temporarily continue using my old lenses until I could purchase new ones elsewhere.

communicated fantastically, following up on any questions and throughout the process making sure that I was comfortable with my options and expedited getting my lenses made in lieu of me posting my frames down to Sydney once I'd decided and paid for my lenses. Given it was the Christmas/ New Year period - where everyone wants a break - Supriya stayed in contact to confirm delivery times and was most pleasant to deal with throughout the process!! What an asset Supriya is to your company - Professional, Customer focused, Great Communication, a really positive experience - and great lenses!!
