back to a normal level of energy which I didn’t think was possible. I’m calmer and able to function. I’ve tried pharmacy products that didn’t work but this actually does. I’m still struggling with eating the wrong foods but my appetite & cravings have decreased dramatically. Would recommend to anyone. It looks like it costs a bit but TBH it’s worth the expense.

in excellent condition. I’ve recently also ordered the WPI and it is great. Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

I called and was kindly asked to send a video, which I did, and I received a response shortly after by Dan, the best warranty agent I've dealt with to date. office) - this order is now being delivered, at a transport depot, way out of town, in an industrial area - big NO PARKING sign - right outside the office, as well.

Before, - delivery easy, - right to my mail box, - short walk to the road-side, - now? I have to make a special trip into town a 100klm round trip (as there is a time limit to collect, and, you get text messages, to keep reminding you to pick it up) - one less stress in life I can do without.

Time to shop around for better, postal service delivery, - direct to me. Does not cost me petrol either just to collect, a tiny small parcel., less than the size, of a tissue box.

Chemust Direct Why? change the method of delilvery?

I would not recommend this site. There responses remind me too much of SCAM websites.

The lenses clearly not installed properly, the frame would creak on wearing them and after about 6 months I was bringing the shopping in with them in hand and dropped them about 20cms onto a bench top and 1 of the lenses fell out. I tried to install it but clearly the lens is too big for the frame. The other lens came out too easy. I tried to put the original raybans lenses that came with it also and they don’t fit either, online reviews of this model say they should simply click in with a small amount of pressure. I’m not sure if they are even the right size for the frame. I emailed the company as all I want is for them to put the lenses back in so they can be worn.

Vision direct did a whole song and dance about how frustrating it must be for me but nothing they can do about it as a 20m “impact” doesn’t fall within the scope of the warranty.

Clearly they want to sell you poorly made products but don’t want to help when there is an issue and suggest that you go seek help from an actual optical shop. So go and pay more money to have someone else fix their issue.

Reply from vision direct: Regarding the difficulty reinstalling the lenses, plastic frames often require specific techniques and tools when fitting lenses. Even a small amount of distortion to the frame after an impact can make lens installation difficult.

I'd recommend taking the frame and lenses to a local optical shop for assessment. Their technicians have the equipment and expertise to inspect the frame, determine whether it has been distorted by the impact, and safely reinstall the lenses if the frame remains suitable for use.

time, the staff member ordered single vision reading glasses for me instead of multifocals. I haven't had single vision for years. It was not clear to me that it was a deviation - I simply told them I was coming for a prescription upgrade and ordered an extra pair because the price was great (when this was only because the product was wrong). This resulted in me being hundreds of dollars out of pocket as I had to have the single vision x 2 replaced. Very upset and this, combined with quality issues with the frames, mean that I've finished with OW for good.

on my order. However, no responses to my emails from which I put on the order. However, they have replied to my emails I tested from an alternate email address. They are avoiding my order and requests for an update. And they don't have a phone number that works to be able to follow up. Essentially, they've stolen my money and I can't retrieve the funds as the CC I purchased the items on is closed. If you want customer service, then find alternate online stores to buy your products from.

Avoid this online frame service at all costs. You risk receiving poorly made, unfit lenses with no option for a refund or fix. Instead, they blame customers for placing an “incorrect order.” They don't realise they are operating online and customer dont have privilege to check before order and it is their responsibility to make customer happy with the service.

My entire bad experience with this company could have been avoided if they had communicated better and maintained a properly functioning website.

Because of their poor service, I ended up wasting money on rubbish lenses. I had to throw away the lens order and temporarily continue using my old lenses until I could purchase new ones elsewhere.

requesting a refund for those items and asked for the remaining frames to be dispatched immediately.

After 10 days, I received another email asking to confirm details of my order. At that point, due to the delay, I responded that I no longer wanted any of the items and requested a full cancellation and refund.

My request was ignored, and the next day the items were dispatched anyway. I received three frames but did not receive any refund for the out-of-stock items.

I have since contacted the company multiple times requesting a prepaid return label so I can send the items back and receive a refund. I have not received any response or refund.

Despite the website दावा of an easy returns and refund policy, the customer service has been very poor and has ignored my requests. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.
