They declined to supply at the purchased price. They claimed they would arrange a full refund early the following week (last week).

When was checking up on my order I discovered their email in the spam folder today & called them.

They had not even processed the refund & seemed reluctant to guarantee I would have e my funds back today.

Definitely won’t be buying from this supplier ever again.

Craig informed me they were available for about $69 but then checked my file and saw that I had purchased the tune up kit within the last 12 months so informed me it was still under warranty and informed me that he would contact Zodiac and arrange for a new controller to be sent to me ASAP. Then suddenly when I go to cancel subscription I get offered all these other incentives to stay and then finally get the if you cancel you will loose you steak promotion, when in fact I had already lost my steak promotion from Our Cow themselves so how can I loose it again. Disappointment with the lack of communication regarding promotion ending. Yes I understand things can change but if you have pop ups for other things when placing order why couldn’t they have a pop up advising changes to the promotion. about it, previous orders weren't great either so service had been deteriorating for a while. My Christmas order didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite being ordered on 11 December and being mostly "in stock ships in 1-2 days". There was almost no communication about it, and when it did come the books came in separate packages days apart well into January. I should have learned my lesson then, but I thought benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a Christmas post or staffing issue. Sadly no, I ordered books on 25 February all "in stock ships in 1-2 days". I didn't get a confirmation email even though the money went through. It took them two days to reply to my message asking if the order had gone through (which it had) and TWO WEEKS LATER THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN POSTED YET. They sent me a tracking number, but it's only been created, Australia Post hasn't received anything. No communication on reasons for the delay or updates. The website isn't accurate, they don't have stock, no one communicates.

Great product but doesn’t fit our A class motorhome. Despite asking for one to be made to our measurements this has not been forthcoming. A bit disappointing as the product is strong and just what we need in NZ.

Don’t do it guys if you value your sanity. Premium prices for cheap quality. No refunds and poor customer service. Not to mention by the time you get your dresses your functions will most likely have come and gone.
