picture was harder than other companies I've used and the end result, despite supplying a good quality pic, is woeful, I've seen better resolution on a 50 year old TV!!! Even if the pic I supplied wasn't suitable why the heck did they go and print it anyway??? The only half nice thing I have to say is it was "relatively" cheap but the picture is so terrible it wouldn't matter if it was free. charged $100 dollars for a order that should have cost me nothing as I had a pre purchased voucher. .. ok it was my error but I cancelled minutes after I submitted the order and asked for the charge to be refunded .. BUT they refused to refund and issued me a credit voucher for the charge… I sent them many polite emails asking for my $100 to be refunded to my credit card but they chose to ignore me… I do not need a credit for this money as I had already purchased several vouchers in advance to suit my needs for the next year at least… so I could be dead before I get to use the $100 credit!!… VERY DISAPPOINTED with you PhotobooksExpress….. I have been a very loyal customer for many years and would have expected better… sadly you have let me down BIG TIME!

think a printing error. While most of the photos are good and book binding good there seems to be a heavy level of a orange in some of the photos. now I can understand one or two of the photos I wondered when making up the book and I accept that but some of the photos are so orange in colour they are not like the photos sent. I also understand that the African photos have a orange colour to an extent but my previous book I had done with you in early February of local Animal and Birds was also orange tainted in some of the photos not to the same extent but not the same as photos sent. Its disappointing as your service and product looks to be a good one and the photos not effected by the orange are really good. It may be something that I'm doing from my end and please let me know but have other books I want to make up but wonder if its worth doing as it stands. find out they weren't delivered to the areas that I specifically listed, and apparently delivered to an area that wasn't on my list, due to "excess" flyers. Now, I didn't have enough flyers to cover the areas that I requested, so how can there be excess flyers left over to deliver to an area that wasn't on my list? Friends and family that live in the areas I requested, never got any in their letterboxes and there where about 4 different areas. I called up and go the "hold on I'll get the manager" and never picks up the line so I have to hang up after 30mins. Sent emails and they never respond. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Pay the extra and go somewhere else that actually has GPS tracking on your deliveries.

make a conplaint was through the digital assistant box. The end result was that they will give me a courtesy refund, however partially refunded it. Still out of pocket nearly 50% of the cost. Would not recommend using this company.
