was later told by staff that it actually takes up to 12 days for the photos to be printed. This is not clearly stated anywhere on their website, which is very misleading.

To make matters worse, there’s also no clear communication about the pickup process. Nowhere does it mention that you need to wait for a text or phone call before collecting your photos. This lack of transparency makes the whole process confusing and frustrating.

For a company of this size, I expected much better communication and efficiency. Waiting nearly two weeks without clear instructions is simply unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend unless you’re prepared for delays and poor communication.
