I couldn't believe just how much this company couldn't care less about the tenants in the buildings they manage. They would describe tenants in demeaning terms and laugh when they would receive complaints and then threaten them when all these people are trying to do is live in peace. There are hundreds of complaints! The rot definitely starts at the top in this company. Do not believe a word that comes out of this company's mouth. I have resigned as I refuse to work for such a disreputable and dishonest company. I strongly recommend that you NEVER buy or rent from this company or live in a building they manage.

There was also a prolonged loss of access to an allocated car space for approximately three months, with no compensation or meaningful resolution offered.

At the end of the tenancy, I was presented with claims that appear to go beyond fair wear and tear and do not adequately account for depreciation.

Overall, my experience was that tenant concerns were not taken seriously, and basic obligations around property maintenance and communication were not consistently met. I would recommend exercising caution.

nothing has happened. I asked them not to show us properties with mobile towers in the vicinity, and that is what they did, and I rejected it. After that, people moved out of the company, and I wanted to see properties close to Victoria so that I could inspect them myself as I lost trust in them. Then this [Name Removed] took over, she just googles properties that I can better google and sends them to me, does not bother if they match my criteria or not. She did not hold a single meeting with me. I am begging for my refund, no one cares, I have emailed them, called them, requested, begged, no reply to my emails or phone calls. So many people have changed in the mean time, Now, they do not return my email/call/whatsapp calls.

Please don't steal our hard-earned money. Please please please refund if no one is interested to do anything. I wish I could give -100 as the rating for all the trouble and trauma these people have caused me through these months. I will be taking action against you as a consumer, this is my first step, watch for it!

yelled at me loudly, rudely and arrogantly over the phone when I was providing him with feedback. This reflects upon his mentality, manners, character and low levels of professionalism and competence.

[Name Removed] asked me to build a walk-in robe in a room which I disagreed with, because this is an unnecessary hefty expense. When the renovation company (which [Name Removed] recommended) damaged the grass at the common area shared with neighbours (which he was clearly aware that it was damaged by the renovation company), he told me to incur costs to fix it by myself. This does not make sense, which shows that he is not acting in the best interest of the property owner and I asked the renovation company to fix it. I wanted the outdoor deck to be free of shoe stains but [Name Removed] said he cannot stop potential buyers from walking on the deck with shoes. This is ridiculous, which I raised with other sales agents and they confirmed that what I wanted is easily doable and very common, which is to put a sign to inform potential buyers.

What [Name Removed] yelled at me loudly: which shows his inability to accept feedback from clients: - I am not your slave! - I am disappointed! - You should be grateful to me!
