Iterated back and forth for about 3 rounds of discussion and quickly came up with a superior itinerary that included a home visit during Holi which was crazy cool. All the relevant sights to see at various locations we had identified ahead of time that included Mt. Everest flight, Taj Mahal and tiger and leopard sightings in Ranthambore National Park among others. All of the major locations in New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodpur and Udaipur as well as 4 days in Katmandu. 4 and 5 star hotels, local guides in all locations plus a dedicated English speaking driver who was outstanding. Get Satish Kumar if you can! Tremendous value proposition that included internal air flights and breakfasts in all hotels. Everything happened exactly as planned which hardly ever happens. We have done a lot of private tours and Odynovo ranks up with the best.

terms and conditions, which is when I realized you can't actually get your money back. They also prefer to do everything over the phone—especially payments—using high-pressure techniques, and then they only email you the full details after the fact.

Due to health reasons and their high-pressure methods, I wanted a full refund but was denied. I would not recommend going with Global Work and Travel. If you do, make sure you read the very complex terms and conditions on their website thoroughly first. Even then, after this experience, I’d prefer to do it on my own.

invoice that clearly, boldly stated that payment of balance not required until June 2026. In January, the story changed. We were now required to pay a further deposit of $12000 immediately to secure our trip and, by the way, our flight costs had increased by a total of $4800 despite initial assurances that the quote definitely covered our requested flights. We cancelled in January (9 months ahead of planned trip) and were informed that a $1000 penalty would apply, and that the balance of our deposit would take up to 12 weeks to refund. This despite assurances from the actual cruise line, the airlines and the accommodation venue that any cancellation that far ahead would not, from them at least, require a penalty. We regard ecruising's approach to be classic bait-and-switch misleading advertising and have lodged a submission with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission accordingly.

organised with a great sense of humour. The bus driver was so skilled at navigating India’s chaotic streets and there is NO WAY in the world we would have seen so much in the time frame we had if it weren’t for both of them. A special shout out to Amreesh (the water boy on the bus), who kept our drink bottles topped up with fresh water, handed out lollies and always greeted us with a warm smile. The bus was always kept immaculate inside and out. We did the Inspiring India tour and found the pace to be full on but we wanted to see as much as possible and we were happy with how it all went. The hotels were more than fine. We were in India. The meals were delicious and there was always more than enough. The tipping fee that we gave to the tour guide at the start of the tour worked out great for us because we find tipping quite difficult, so it was a relief to hand over the money and let him take care of everything. Would I do it again? Absolutely.
