11th October. Well, that's past and today is 15th October and they finally arrived. Contacted JD Sports and they told me the website gave me false information. Well why advertise and charge for Express postage if you can't deliver. Advertised normal free postage for similar delivery times. I won't buy from these amateurs again Lesson learnt. Do yourselves a favour and stay away, buy elsewhere.

of continuous disputing for an order (€500+) that never arrived (Order #1801839). After endless delays, customer service representative Jowayne explicitly confirmed in writing that a full refund was finalized on their end and that funds would be returned to my original payment method. However, a week has passed, no funds have arrived, and my bank has officially confirmed that no refund or chargeback was ever initiated by Babyboo. When I requested an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or transaction receipt to verify their claims, they completely stopped responding. Claiming to issue refunds while providing false information to customers is unacceptable business conduct. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank’s legal chargeback department and consumer protection agencies to recover my money. Potential buyers beware: if your order goes missing, do not expect a smooth refund process or honest communication.

if you live in Australia, be aware that they use the worse courier on the planet (Team Global Express). I paid for express delivery and I still have to chase them to get my order. I give up!

The order was made twice. That's fine. I was informed a cancel link was available. I pressed the link and it shut down every single time. From my understanding cancel orders were have to be done in 90 minutes. I was 10 minutes in so I sent a contact to them with a photo demonstrating the time and the time that I made the purchase the two order numbers and which order number needed to be cancelled as it was a duplicate.

Attached is the email correspondence that I got from them. Acknowledging what I did but not being able to assist and remedy it when I did everything possible but their system glitched is very disappointing.

Dress running a little oversized in my opinion. Material and pattern was lovely. FYI for any short torso girls the middle section is probably too long for me and sits a bit strange but on someone taller would be perfect.

As a no frills gal, I ordered some plain 'blank' cotton singlet tops for summer. Fantastic price so was very impressed when they arrived and the quality was equally fantastic. Recommend this small business.
