apart all over the shoes. They refuse to replace or refund. Online Nike support said they can’t help because we purchased at JD’s but they feel for us and understand the issue is unacceptable. Mr Minute said the shoes are failing structurally not from wear and tear. JD’s closed case the second I opened it and made notes on file but told me to see store manager who then said he can’t help because they trump him. He said it’s because I didn’t keep box. Lots of other online warranty complaints from trust pilot.. wish I’d seen them first. Shoes should last longer than 8 weeks and JD’s are breaching Australian consumer laws by not assisting.

not care at all. They kept asking for receipts from the post office for the weight of the items not realizing that they’re the ones that provided me with the return label. I didn’t have to purchase a return label from the post office. They wanted me to prove that I sent both items back in the bag. I’ve been purchasing with this company for years, and I will never purchase from them again because they did not credit me back for the item that they carelessly lost in their warehouse. The customer service team does not care, the managers do not care, they do not care about anything but money. I will never be purchasing from them again. Save your money and purchase anywhere else. Their return fees are also ridiculous.

there is no ability to leave feedback or a review of any of these items on the website to warn other people. This is the fifth time I have been forced to return the items I've bought because they are either poor quality (broken seams or poor quality material) or broken clasps, dirty as though the bag has been used for a long time. I made the mistake of using a voucher to get it and so any returns is only giving me store credit, thus I need to go through even more BS of receiving things, getting store credit and trying to find another laptop bag. I would not be giving them any more money if I had a choice in it.
After 5 attempts to buy a laptop bag, I have no way to warn others of this. The Iconic has simply added the faulty items to be recirculated so that some other poor sucker will buy it and if they are desperate or don't have time, they will keep the item, despite it being broken. A disgraceful and scammy online store I highly recommend you give it a miss! The most recent bag I purchased was a Cobb and Co. Kemp leather laptop bag. returned the dress within the 7 day return window and got a refund for the dress but they refused to refund my postage costs saying that the dress wasn’t faulty. Even though the dress measurements were closer to their size Small not the size Large I ordered. The customer service from Eliya The Label is terrible - they choose to reply to some of my emails and not others. Like other reviews I have read they ghost you and then try and lie. They sent me measurements of a dress saying it was the one I returned but it wasn’t as the pattern on that dress was in totally different placement and when I pointed it out they didn’t answer my email. Don’t buy from this company.

Shortly after I received an email that the dress had been delivered. It hadn’t.
I reached out to their team and they essentially said I had to work with my local post office to figure it out, taking no ownership. After working with my local post, it was found that DHL, who Abyss by Abby works with - mislabeled and misdelivered my dress. Mind you, I pursued this all on my own without any support from the brand.
Still not having my dress, I emailed them asking them to refufill order as the wedding was approaching. They no longer had my size.
I asked them to send me a larger size and now I’d have to cover the costs of alterations on a short timeline.
Well I received the dress today. Tried it on before my alteration appointment and it REEKS on body odors. Cannot believe it and am beyond disappointed in their support, due diligence, and brand as a whole.
