human) in and on the shoes. One shoe has clearly been worn with dirt on the bottom and paper stuck to it. There is a light and hard patch on the mesh toe box of one of the shoes which I believe is glue. There is also a white mark on the sole of one of the shoes, and a scrape mark on the front shiny bit. When I order a new shoe, I expect a brand new shoe. Nowhere on the website did it say that I may receive a used or previously returned shoe. The quality and care put into checking the shoes is appalling and I am extremely disappointed.

This was actually an advantage, as the customs duties to Spain were only €3, in accordance with the latest EU regulations. I had contacted the company beforehand to ask about potential customs charges, and they confirmed by email that they would partially cover any additional costs if the duties were higher.

On the downside, I requested a size exchange through the website, but due to a system error, my request was never registered. I contacted them twice by email but received no response. In the end, though, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as the size I received fits me perfectly.

500 Australian dollars. My delivery arrives promptly, however one dress was not the dress I ordered, instead I had been sent a completely different dress and the dress I paid for was not sent. Additionally, the other Dress was of poor quality, with sequins missing. I contacted customer service about receiving the incorrect item, after some back and forth through their live chat, I was essentially told I could return it through their return portal and am welcome to make a new order if I wanted.

This is ridiculous because my event is on the weekend therefore a new order (if it will even the dress I wanted is apparently a whole new consideration) would not come in time. I do understand mistakes happen, but there was absolutely no effort to get the proper dress to me on time.
