Yesstyle again over the past year and find their prices and sales are excellent value. I don't bother with express shipping. Standard shipping is with Australia Post and I prefer my mail to come through Australia Post because you are more likely to receive your parcel. Shipping on average is about 3 weeks. If a product becomes out of stock just after you order, which has happened to me a couple of times, then it's usually around 5 weeks. The speed of shipping doesn't bother me so much, as long as I get what I ordered in good condition. I have never received any broken or substandard products and it seems like the stock is stored in correct conditions. I have not received any heat affected products and everything always looks and smells fresh. The rewards program offered by Yesstyle is quite good too and there are always extra discounts and codes for further savings. I'm really happy with my overall experience with Yesstyle.

not care at all. They kept asking for receipts from the post office for the weight of the items not realizing that they’re the ones that provided me with the return label. I didn’t have to purchase a return label from the post office. They wanted me to prove that I sent both items back in the bag. I’ve been purchasing with this company for years, and I will never purchase from them again because they did not credit me back for the item that they carelessly lost in their warehouse. The customer service team does not care, the managers do not care, they do not care about anything but money. I will never be purchasing from them again. Save your money and purchase anywhere else. Their return fees are also ridiculous.

bikini, the most recent one I bought was noticeably smaller by several cm width and height of triangle cup. You can’t return for free and can only get store credit so it suck’s that they defend inaccurate sizing. Customer service kept justifying that their products vary in size between styles - yet the size guide doesn’t vary at all so you are you supposed to know that one triangle bikini will fit versus another that won’t even cover enough to be acceptable to wear in public? Super disappointed with my most recent experience and won’t be shopping here again. Previously had fine experiences. Products aren’t great quality but are reasonably priced. Now I’m super put off by the dishonest practices

Shortly after I received an email that the dress had been delivered. It hadn’t.
I reached out to their team and they essentially said I had to work with my local post office to figure it out, taking no ownership. After working with my local post, it was found that DHL, who Abyss by Abby works with - mislabeled and misdelivered my dress. Mind you, I pursued this all on my own without any support from the brand.
Still not having my dress, I emailed them asking them to refufill order as the wedding was approaching. They no longer had my size.
I asked them to send me a larger size and now I’d have to cover the costs of alterations on a short timeline.
Well I received the dress today. Tried it on before my alteration appointment and it REEKS on body odors. Cannot believe it and am beyond disappointed in their support, due diligence, and brand as a whole.
