I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. within 10 minutes. Unfortunately the service that followed was anything but reliable.

The original cleaners booked for 8:00am cancelled. I was then told another team would arrive at 3:00pm, which became 5:00pm after another delay but they didn't actually arrive until 6:13pm. Throughout the afternoon I was repeatedly assured they were "on the way", that they would "finish it today" and that they "would not cancel". Despite these guarantees, the cleaners continued to arrive hours later than promised and failed to clean to an appropriate standard.

What I didn't realise until the day was that Cleaning Super Boss doesn't actually perform the cleaning themselves - they outsource the work to subcontractors. The poor coordination between them and their subcontractors resulted in repeated delays, broken promises, and a lack of accountability. I spent the entire day waiting around while being given arrival times that were never met.

Overall, the communication, reliability and organisation were extremely poor. If you value your time and want a company that delivers on its commitments, I'd look elsewhere.

something was wrong when they kept calling to delay clean (never known a company with so many broken down vans) and ended up waiting the whole day. They love bomb you with “customer service” then fail to deliver. They don’t stay for the whole time and have so many clauses in their contract you can’t get them to fix an end of lease clean. Had to rebook another cleaner to get the bond back. Such a shame CBD movers is associated with them as they were great.

However the allocated tradie turned up late or not at all on the 5 occasions. He did such a poor job on the first attempt that the stone stairs looked worse than before he started. Despite agreeing that honing was required, on the first attempt he simply washed them with a pressure hose. Eventually agreed that this was no good and came back 2 more times to finish the job. He was obviously being paid far less than I was paying Tile Cleaners and trying to do the job on the cheap.

No response at all from Tile Cleaners when I raised all these issues, including sending detailed photo of the terrible first attempt.

Job now done but barely acceptable and still not great. I’ve lost any energy to continue to fight about this other than to leave this review.

accountability and will lie straight to your face. For some context - I used to host my apartment as an Airbnb. The first time I hired a cleaner from Neeet I was able to inspect the apartment afterwards before guests arrived; the Neeet cleaner did a great job. The second time I hired a cleaner from Neeet, I again was able to inspect the apartment before the guest arrived and the Neeet cleaner did quite a poor job. I had to clean the apartment myself after the Neeet cleaner left as the bathroom was left dirty and sticky, the kitchen had crumbs on the bench, the balcony was left with dirt everywhere and the rubbish was not taken out. I sent these photos to Neeet but they did not do anything about it. I thought maybe I was just unlucky to get a poor Neeet cleaner that time, so I hired Neeet again for the 3rd time. This time I was not able to inspect the apartment before the guests arrived. The Airbnb guest took a while to write the review but, in the review, they specifically complained about the cleaning and rated the Airbnb a 1 star on cleanliness. I shared the screenshot with Neeet and I can see that in their google review response they have purposely lied and said the Airbnb guest only complained about the washing machine. This was a separate issue; the cleaning was rated separately as a 1 star and Neeet would know this by looking at the screenshot I sent them (I have now uploaded the screenshot to this review so there is no question about it). On their google review response Neeet also tried to cause confusion saying that this Airbnb guest may not have stayed after the Neeet clean- this again is a blatant lie and can be proved as such very easily, as the start of the Airbnb stay for this guest is recorded with a date, which is the same date the Neeet cleaner was hired to clean the apartment. I can see now that Neeet would rather argue with their customers and lie, than take on feedback even when evidence is presented to them. I won't go with this dodgy company again.

wash, steam clean carpets” and more but as you can see in the pictures I’ve posted with this, the half ass job that was done on the walls due to “height restrictions” HAHAHA it has to make you laugh right?? Got quoted for FULL wall cleans and they only did half because they couldn’t reach?? OR only the skirting board at the bottom of the wall was touched. Carpets WERE NOT steam cleaned - went to check and they weren’t even damp, still dusty and pet fur all around. Cob webs were still hanging off the walls, dust on top of ceiling lights. NO WINDOWS, DOOR FRAMES OR DOORS CLEANED. Floor looked like they just dumped a bucket full of water and pushed it around. Could clearly see areas that the water didn’t reach. They broke the handle on my oven door and when I told them, they said it was broken when they got there. [Content Removed]! From the initial quote of $800 they actually did LESS work and still deny it regardless of the pictures and clear evidence. Confronted VIA email and got threats and intimation when we said we would take matters further. DENY DENY DENY is what they’ll do. They’re after your money and you will not receive a refund for their [Content Removed] business. PLEASE save yourself the stress and frustration and avoid this company. Incredibly disappointing and disgusting “professionalism”.
