I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

Brett has cleaned our BBQ and oven for a few years now and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s super efficient and friendly and the results speak for themselves.

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. months post-operative from major spinal surgery, and we also run a business from home, so we relied heavily on this service being completed properly and professionally.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

On the day of the clean (Monday 27th), the cleaners arrived hours late. We were told by [Name Removed] that if there were any issues, he would personally return to fix them. However, we were also told the job would not commence unless $600 cash was paid upfront, which already raised concerns.

The cleaner on site repeatedly asked my partner if he was “doing things right” and stated he had only been in the job for 2 months. The only cleaning products observed being used were basic Woollies and Coles spray & wipe and Windex, which is not what you would expect from a professional end-of-lease cleaning service.

When my partner asked what products he was using on the calcium build up on the shower screens he said Windex and further explained "you can't get calcium build up off shower screens". This is laughable... Go and buy One Shot Thick from Bunnings.. $15 a bottle..

The quality of the clean was extremely poor. Multiple areas were either missed entirely or not cleaned properly, including:

- Floors not swept or mopped - Built-in microwave not cleaned internally - Kitchen sink left with crumbs and debris - Rangehood streaky and needing re-cleaning - Oven glass needing re-cleaning - All taps not cleaned or polished - Shower screens heavily covered in calcium build-up - Mirrors streaky or not cleaned properly - Front door glass not cleaned - Carpet “steam clean” ineffective, with dust still able to be lifted from the carpet - A new stain was also left on the entryway tiles

We also had serious concerns about property security. We were instructed to leave the property so the cleaners could lock up, however when we returned the next day the property was left unlocked. We were then later asked to leave the property unlocked again for re-entry, which we did not agree to due to the previous issue.

We arranged for the cleaner to return the this morning at 8am to fix the issues. We arrived on time, only to be told at 8:30am that they would not arrive until 11am. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no communication or updates for hours.

When I spoke with [Name Removed] directly, the conversation became defensive and dismissive. He repeatedly said “what did you expect for $600” and attempted to justify the standard of work based on price. He also did not dispute that the carpet clean had been done at all and instead offered a partial refund for that only. However, the issues were not limited to the carpet.

At that point, I made it clear that we had engaged a professional end-of-lease cleaning service and expected a professional standard of work, regardless of internal pricing or cost assumptions. The response felt unprofessional and dismissive of the actual concerns raised.

Ultimately, we have been left cleaning the property ourselves after paying for a service that was not delivered to an acceptable standard.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and we will be taking this to the WA Consumer Protection & Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand.

Now before we get a response on this review from the Cleaning Super Boss Perth (owner), I have already reached out to your customer service team and looking forward to a refund.

rescheduling. I travelled to the vacant property to meet them only to get a call after the scheduled time slot that someone is sick and they can’t come. Three days in a row they rescheduled and didn’t show. I have a deadline to hand back the keys as most people do. Wasted my time travelling back and forth to be cancelled on and promised that it will happen the next day. There are better, more reliable, and cheaper cleaners around. Don’t use these people.

However the allocated tradie turned up late or not at all on the 5 occasions. He did such a poor job on the first attempt that the stone stairs looked worse than before he started. Despite agreeing that honing was required, on the first attempt he simply washed them with a pressure hose. Eventually agreed that this was no good and came back 2 more times to finish the job. He was obviously being paid far less than I was paying Tile Cleaners and trying to do the job on the cheap.

No response at all from Tile Cleaners when I raised all these issues, including sending detailed photo of the terrible first attempt.

Job now done but barely acceptable and still not great. I’ve lost any energy to continue to fight about this other than to leave this review.

I returned from my trip the day after cleaning, coming straight from airport. There were numerous issues and things that had not been cleaned or not done properly. accountability and will lie straight to your face. For some context - I used to host my apartment as an Airbnb. The first time I hired a cleaner from Neeet I was able to inspect the apartment afterwards before guests arrived; the Neeet cleaner did a great job. The second time I hired a cleaner from Neeet, I again was able to inspect the apartment before the guest arrived and the Neeet cleaner did quite a poor job. I had to clean the apartment myself after the Neeet cleaner left as the bathroom was left dirty and sticky, the kitchen had crumbs on the bench, the balcony was left with dirt everywhere and the rubbish was not taken out. I sent these photos to Neeet but they did not do anything about it. I thought maybe I was just unlucky to get a poor Neeet cleaner that time, so I hired Neeet again for the 3rd time. This time I was not able to inspect the apartment before the guests arrived. The Airbnb guest took a while to write the review but, in the review, they specifically complained about the cleaning and rated the Airbnb a 1 star on cleanliness. I shared the screenshot with Neeet and I can see that in their google review response they have purposely lied and said the Airbnb guest only complained about the washing machine. This was a separate issue; the cleaning was rated separately as a 1 star and Neeet would know this by looking at the screenshot I sent them (I have now uploaded the screenshot to this review so there is no question about it). On their google review response Neeet also tried to cause confusion saying that this Airbnb guest may not have stayed after the Neeet clean- this again is a blatant lie and can be proved as such very easily, as the start of the Airbnb stay for this guest is recorded with a date, which is the same date the Neeet cleaner was hired to clean the apartment. I can see now that Neeet would rather argue with their customers and lie, than take on feedback even when evidence is presented to them. I won't go with this dodgy company again.
