Do not use! I have been charged a yearly $90 subscription for two years now since using fantastic services for a bond clean in 2024 despite reaching out repeatedly to try and cancel this subscription that I did not ask for or agree to.

I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

Brett has cleaned our BBQ and oven for a few years now and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s super efficient and friendly and the results speak for themselves.

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I appreciate that parking at my apartment building is limited. However, I offered to pay for the multi-storey car park directly opposite my building, which I have used myself on multiple occasions. The cleaner declined and said she would look for alternative parking and contact me. I later received a message that the cleaning could not go ahead that day because of the parking situation.

While I was still waiting for the cleaner, I was repeatedly asked by the owner, [Name Removed], to pay the remaining balance, even though the service had not yet commenced.

As I was flying overseas the following evening, I had booked the clean around a fixed schedule. Since the company was unable to provide the service at the agreed time, I requested a refund of my $275 deposit. My request was declined on the basis that the company does not provide refunds. From my perspective, I had not cancelled the booking—the service could not be delivered as originally arranged.

After I explained my situation, I was told another cleaner would attend the following morning. I made it clear that the cleaner would need to arrive by 7:30 am because of my travel plans.

The replacement cleaner arrived without a working vacuum cleaner, so I had to borrow one from my building concierge. Carpet steam cleaning had also been agreed beforehand, but the cleaner did not have the required equipment. The cleaner told me he had not been informed what type of cleaning had been booked and had expected the necessary equipment to be supplied by the company.

Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors were left with a significant amount of lint after mopping, and I spent nearly two hours cleaning the apartment myself after the service.

Based on my experience, there were significant issues with communication, scheduling, equipment, and the overall quality of the service. I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.

when I wasn't there, and on my questioning the quality of the cleaning he responded that the "Blinds were carefully cleaned by hand and then ultrasound" "This is as clean as these blinds will ever get. Replacement would be needed to have them in a better condition" I then ran a standard household multi-purpose wet wipe along the blind and railing and you can see the results for yourself in the photo. However the allocated tradie turned up late or not at all on the 5 occasions. He did such a poor job on the first attempt that the stone stairs looked worse than before he started. Despite agreeing that honing was required, on the first attempt he simply washed them with a pressure hose. Eventually agreed that this was no good and came back 2 more times to finish the job. He was obviously being paid far less than I was paying Tile Cleaners and trying to do the job on the cheap.

No response at all from Tile Cleaners when I raised all these issues, including sending detailed photo of the terrible first attempt.

Job now done but barely acceptable and still not great. I’ve lost any energy to continue to fight about this other than to leave this review.

back. When I tried to book a second nearly $400 clean in less than a week due to the previous weeks being so bad they organised cleaners to come, only to not turn up. I then recieve a message stating my text message sent the day prior had not been read! The photos below were taken immediately after their cleaners left our home, filthy skirting boards, and bathroom not even touched! $375 for this! They should be ashamed.

cleaned. They have a guarantee for bond back but very strict guidelines you need to follow that make it impossible to actually have them follow through with this. So there was no guarantee, we had to finish the clean ourselves after paying hundreds of dollars, for simply a cupboard wipe out and floor clean. No vents, doors, windows, lights were cleaned. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism and completed work. We managed to get a report back from the real estate with the time frame but then wanted individual photos of every item needing cleaning which we could not get in the short time frame.
