company doesnt have access to this as it goes straight to the cleaners, she gave me $100 back. The floors weren't even vacumed or mopped despite them telling me they did it. Everything they said theh did was either half done or not done at all.

Do not use! I have been charged a yearly $90 subscription for two years now since using fantastic services for a bond clean in 2024 despite reaching out repeatedly to try and cancel this subscription that I did not ask for or agree to.

I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

Brett has cleaned our BBQ and oven for a few years now and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s super efficient and friendly and the results speak for themselves.

Easy process to hire, reasonably priced and easy to use

Excellent Job! – Zula and Dava did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. I look forward to a long term relationship.

Standard is always great but when Team Isi had a little extra time, they cleaned my bin cupboard which was awesome!

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Satisfied with the cleaning and it keeps on improving the service

Fantastic cleaning service! Prompt, efficient, excellent results. Sean offered exceptional communication throughout the booking process & his team provided outstanding results. Would definitely recommend & will definitely use again!

excessive either. However, I’d pay it again in a heart beat as they did a wonderful job and the house has never looked cleaner. 2 lovely ladies came and spent 5 hours working their behinds off and did amazing. I highly recommend and I will be using them again.

that they're committed to completing prior to leaving and taking payment - only about a quarter of the list of items was done and the things they did do was of terribly poor quality. The cleaner was there for just under 2 hours - I was advised a 4 bed 2 bath house generally takes approx 4 hours. The photo of the dusting rags is from me cleaning after the Maid2match "clean".

Needed a few old lounges, mattresses and general junk removed before selling the house. Everything was loaded quickly and the garage was swept afterwards. Really easy process from booking to completion.

Charged for an extra room which was part of the main lounge and Charged me twice for dining room. Also demanded full payment, in CASH, before they even started. Told me to go to bank immediately. Email was non existent within a day of complaining, wont answer messages or calls. Stayed he'd come back and finish job on a Saturday at 10 am. Never showed up. Myself and my daughter ended up cleaning the house top to bottom ourselves. [Name Removed] promised a $300 refund, have never seen it at all. He lies and scams and now im out of pocket to the tune of $1045. He has stolen our money and not done the job he was hired to do. We have made a formal complaint.....dont use this company or this guy, he us a scammer.....

Nothing was cleaned properly, walls not cleaned, the tops of cupboards not cleaned, tops of door frames and windows not cleaned, oven not cleaned, exhaust fans not touched, cobwebs still on the ceiling. However the allocated tradie turned up late or not at all on the 5 occasions. He did such a poor job on the first attempt that the stone stairs looked worse than before he started. Despite agreeing that honing was required, on the first attempt he simply washed them with a pressure hose. Eventually agreed that this was no good and came back 2 more times to finish the job. He was obviously being paid far less than I was paying Tile Cleaners and trying to do the job on the cheap.

No response at all from Tile Cleaners when I raised all these issues, including sending detailed photo of the terrible first attempt.

Job now done but barely acceptable and still not great. I’ve lost any energy to continue to fight about this other than to leave this review.

From my experience, do not use this company
