Do not use! I have been charged a yearly $90 subscription for two years now since using fantastic services for a bond clean in 2024 despite reaching out repeatedly to try and cancel this subscription that I did not ask for or agree to.

I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

With this particular booking I was clear in what was needed, explaining important details and confirming more than once that Optima was up to the task when making the booking.

The day before the job I was contacted by the assigned cleaner, telling me they would start an hour and a half earlier than the time I had set. I explained why that was not possible and the matter was dropped.

The day of, the same person who tried to press me for an early start arrived a half an hour late. Did a brief walkthrough, and then cancelled the job. I was present to answer any questions, but wasn't even given the dignity of knowing that the cleaner was leaving, or had already left.

I'm then contacted by support telling me the above, and asking if there was any way that I could do the work. I pressed about what exactly they think a spring clean is. Blew my gasket a bit, was told I would be called back.

When I was finally contacted, I was told they weren't going to complete the job. I only have so much patience on a short timeline with last minute cancellations and being mucked about, so I demanded a refund and hung up.

This was beyond abysmal. Their behaviour was an insult to my intelligence, it was [Content Removed] of the people who needed the cleaning service, and it demonstrated in no uncertain terms that Optima isn't a trustworthy company. They'll have to forgive me for spitting the dummy at the end. If they can pull a stunt like this once, they can do it again. They've just lost a customer who has used their services for years.

They recommended a wall wash as well for 5 of my walls which I was worried was a bit iffy, but it was my choice to go ahead or not, I wasn’t pushed to do so or charged unknowingly, and they actually did a great job and it made a big difference so the advice was genuinely helpful, not an unnecessary upsell. The two gentlemen Deepti and Garry cleaned my house, they were very understanding when I had to come inside with my property manager while they were still cleaning which was really nice and they also did a great job in general.

After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

The cleaner was there for just under 2 hours - I was advised a 4 bed 2 bath house generally takes approx 4 hours. The photo of the dusting rags is from me cleaning after the Maid2match "clean".

The guy checked every corner inside and out, pointed out a few spots where ants were nesting, and treated everything properly. Prices were fair, no hidden extras or nonsense upselling. It’s been over a month and we haven’t seen a single roach or spider, which is rare in Melbourne this time of year. He even gave me a few tips to help keep them away.
