He was not pushy & what made us go with him was his “what you see is what you get” straight forwardness. Every employee from leisure who came on our property was incredibly respectful to our family, home & dog. Such awesome people & couldn’t recommend them more. The colours we picked look fantastic. I emailed spaworld and they have been messing me about, not responding to emails, and all i want to do is return the filters they sent out in error. came with a pool. It was chlorinated, so I did a little research to see if there was anything out there to convert the pool to something more clean and healthy to swim in. Bioniser came up the best option. Everyone tried to convince me that the Bioniser was trash, and that it wouldn't "work" where we lived ... half way up a mountain in sub-tropical climate, middle of nowhere, surrounded by national parks. But the Bioinser customer service was outstanding and answered all my questions and concerns with common sense, so I thought .. why not give it a go. When I say I've never had a pool .. I mean it. No idea how to maintain one. I didn't even know what a "backwash" was. But .. here I am .. 4 years later with the Bioniser system kicking butt in the best way possible... the pool is sparkly clean. It's easy to maintain (even for someone like me). It's an absolute dream to swim in the pool each day without a horrible chlorine smell that all other pools give you. And the customer service from Bioniser is still brilliant, 4 years after the purchase. If anyone tries to convince you not to go with Bioniser .. run. It's the best decision my husband and I made for our pool. Even the birds love dipping in to it for a clean on hot days .. that's how clean the water is. correct pool shape (step one) then remeasured the pool 4.0 x 6.8mtr (double checked) and included the figures into the system they provide. For some reason I received a cover 400mm short!! The response was "well you should have checked the system to make sure the measurements you provided transferred to your invoice" - " we have delivered the order we received" So look out and double check your order over and over again before paying. I have a real problem with the fact I followed Pool Express's automatic ordering and am now extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this order system at all.

This is not a review about a single missed appointment or a minor inconvenience. It reflects what I believe to be a fundamental change in how this business operates — particularly in how it treats existing customers.

In October 2025, I contacted Albatross to resolve a pool water chemistry issue. It should have been straightforward. Instead, it extended across the entire summer. Early in the process, a staff member told me he wanted to ensure I could enjoy my "beautiful Albatross pool." That never happened. Over the months that followed, messages went unanswered — at one point, eight consecutive messages without reply. I was passed between staff with no one taking ownership. I was told contact had been made when it hadn't. Emails were selectively responded to, with more difficult questions consistently ignored. The quoting process for a lights installation shifted repeatedly — fixed price, then hourly, then bundled, then unbundled, with additional costs introduced late — and at no point was a clear, itemised explanation provided. At every stage I was the one chasing responses, clarifying scope, questioning pricing, and coordinating scheduling.

The original issue — the water chemistry problem I engaged Albatross to resolve — was never resolved through their involvement. I followed their recommendation and installed a new filter and tablet feeder, on the basis that it would address the problem. It didn't. While that equipment may assist with ongoing management, it was not what was needed to resolve the underlying issue. I ultimately had to investigate the cause myself and undertake a substantial water replacement to fix it.

When I attempted to escalate, I was told that all communication to the owner had to go through a single point of contact — the same person who was already part of the issue. I submitted a formal written complaint and requested it be passed on. It wasn't. I followed up. There was still no response. I then sent a registered letter directly to the owner, [Name Removed], to ensure it reached him.

He didn't respond either.

I had previous direct dealings with [Name Removed] during the original pool build, where he was helpful and professional. The absence of any response here stands in stark contrast to that experience.

The lights work was eventually completed — months after it should have been. Even then, no one contacted me to ask whether the original issue had been resolved or whether I was satisfied with the outcome. After more than a decade as a customer, that is where things stand.

I know what the older reviews are describing. I was one of those customers. I know the business they're talking about — because I used to recommend it.

That business no longer exists.

skimmer box braces. Repaired to a functional standard in Feb 2026. Aesthetics poor. Halo around area were crack was, bulges still present. We paid for a perfect pool and have got damaged goods. This was a shocking experience. We were given no compensation apart from a minimal amount towards the water to refill the pool. We are also owed for the nearly $2000 we paid for potential earthworks that were not required. At the time the contract was prepared we understood any unused hours we paid for would be refunded. Aqua Technics will not supply invoices for the earthmoving after we have requested numerous times. Obviously I do not recommend Aqua technic pools in WA.
