He was not interested and my wife travelled in an unsafe unrestraint bus to the depot. We got the same fellow on the way back and service was again terrible. their legal teams to file a law suit. You start getting chased by compass and there law firm to sign the documents on which they are using your name to make the claims. You are required to be involved in court proceedings etc. Too much hassle and waste of time. Be aware, I had used them on 2 instances and they seems habbitual.

chance and made a booking. The communication from the booking all the way through was outstanding, we could relax knowing everything was taken care of. Tina was at the airport when we arrived, and chatted with us all the way to the depot. The car was clean and well maintained and perfect for our needs. The prices are great and as they state, we weren't charged any "extras" what we were quoted is exactly what we paid (unlike other car hire). We were picked up in the Gold Coast and dropped of in Brisbane after hours without issues. The Service is so far above the big car hire companies I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a trip to the Gold Coast. If I could rate 10 stars I would! A big thank you for a seamless hire!
