Beware airline has changed there baggage allowanceWould fly regularly to nzwith China airways Taking fishing rods with me. Always under my weight allowance. Just booked in and was charged $75 for 1.5kg of extra baggage!!! Was still under weight allowance but had extra bag. So $75 payable. Show details

Punctual & Efficient with a friendly approachCheck in opened and ready to go promptly, flight boarded efficiently, hot drinks and food (yummy pancakes) all in an hours flight. Not expensive.
Really excellent service, not fussy, just very happy, helpful and courteous staff. The Boeing 737 aircraft was clean and well maintained.

A lot of delayed and cancelled flights with Air AsianaIncheon airport is good. Been here many times but Air Asiana has so many delays and cancellations, be mindful. I missed by connecting flight (also Asiana) the first flight from Sydney was delayed. I got a $11 voucher.. lol. I ended up missing christmas with my family.
Never again will I fly Asiana. Show details

Horrendous customer servicebetter pray that they don't cancel your flight, because to get a refund is like trying to draw blood from stone. Annoyed!Had to make a detour to broome airport and they had us sitting on the tarmac for what felt like hours.... Air conditioning in the plane with the motor turned off was warmish, cabin started to get stuffy. Wouldn't let us off plane to stretch our legs. Just ridiculous. Hope qantas loses all their fifo contracts. I am Disgusted.

Terrible customer service and no refundMy flight was cancelled by Batik Air and refunded to me via my booking agent.

I booked my meals and seats directly with the airline and have not received a refund.
I politely spoke to two customer service reps today who both hung up on me.
I have sent emails, all of which have been unanswered. Show details
