scripted, important details supplied in the original request are overlooked, and relatively simple account issues seem to require unnecessary back-and-forth before anyone actually addresses the problem.
There also seems to be a disconnect between account verification and basic account handling, which makes the process far harder than it needs to be.
The service is fine when everything works, but based on my experience, Superloop's customer support and complaint handling need significant improvement.
I’ll now wait for the standard “please DM us your customer ID or case number” response, which would be somewhat fitting given that the complaint itself is about supplied information not being read properly.

Both Alex and Sharina were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me find the best solution for my situation. Instead of leaving me confused, they made the process simple and stress-free. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to switch from a home internet service that wasn't suitable for my new property to Home Wireless Broadband, and I'm now connected and up and running. Excellent customer service, professional support, and genuine willingness to help. A big thank you to Alex and Sharina for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

fixed in record time was hugely appreciated. Im pleased to say that RUSH' service was not my problem- It was Norton 360 that was stuffing my conectivity up. I asked Jessica to help me uninstall it and the procewss was easy- and felt great because it has been humbugging the heck out of me (money for nothin and ...) She also helped me to do a speedtest.net and that proved the other side of thei operation is ... up to speed too, with both upload and download speeds comming in at just under 99mbps, which works great for me. Absolutely I would reccommend RUSH to anyone wanting a reliable, responsive ISP.

03-08-2026.
My initial conversation was dealt with very well and she went through all the testing procedures to try and find out what was wrong while I was on the phone. So when nothing worked, it was left for NBN to sort out. In the meantime, I had already received a message to let me know about the outage from NBN.
I rang to check in about 2hrs later and got Carol again when I rang, and she had confirmed that there was still no fix happened. I did mention to her that I had some urgent work to do, so she advised me to keep an eye on the modem and if all my modem lights came back on in the meantime, it would be OK to use again.
About 30 mins after that call, Carol rang me to make sure I had seen the system was fixed, and said as I had told her that i had some urgent work to do. She had been keeping an eye on the system to see when it come back up, and decided to ring me and let me know in case I had not noticed.
That was in my mind great service from Carol and was much appreciated, and in line with all the great service I have received over the years from Pentanet. Please pass on my thanks to Carol for her great service.

June for another 30 days. They then claimed they had “waived” the July payment, which makes no sense when I had already cancelled and had already been charged again after cancelling.
This is exactly the kind of archaic telco billing practice customers should be afraid of: easy to sign up, but costly and confusing when you try to leave. It is not like someone is coming out with a screwdriver to physically disconnect the service, or sitting there for 30 days with their finger hovering over a disconnect button.
A “no lock-in” service should not mean being charged for another month after cancellation. The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman has identified post-cancellation charging and 30-day cancellation notice periods as unfair and unreasonable, and Pineapple Net’s approach feels like a perfect example of that problem.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pineapple Net to anyone.
