amazingly helpful even when it was a ‘me’ issue not a Launtel one. They make sure I know when there will be a potential NBN service interruption and what time it will be so I can prepare. When my power went down last Friday they noticed and sent a email to show they were aware of my internet outage and were monitoring it. After years with another provider who had major problems and failed to deliver a good service to me and other customers it is a HUGE relief to be with such a responsive company which really values their customers. I highly recommend Launtel and I recommend them to every friend who is switching ISPs. I honestly can’t think of a single thing they could do to make their service better. It’s that good.

was needed - but internet on my devices was very slow (3-9 Mbs). I called Kogan support today but had trouble understanding the support person - and the cable omission wasn't mentioned/didn't come up. I called a friend (who's more 'tech') and he was surprised there was no cable - we called Support and confirmed it need a cable - fitted it and internet on my PC was immediately over 230Mbs. Not as fast as the 500+ I was getting recently at the place we've just moved from - but quite adequate for what we need.

Web hosting, NBN phone, etc. I have not had to call them often and they don't work in the middle of the night, but when you do call them they answer. Then they actually fix the problem. They don't just fob you off.

If it's a tricky problem, it doesn't seem to faze them, you could never get this level of service with some of the larger providers.

fixed in record time was hugely appreciated. Im pleased to say that RUSH' service was not my problem- It was Norton 360 that was stuffing my conectivity up. I asked Jessica to help me uninstall it and the procewss was easy- and felt great because it has been humbugging the heck out of me (money for nothin and ...) She also helped me to do a speedtest.net and that proved the other side of thei operation is ... up to speed too, with both upload and download speeds comming in at just under 99mbps, which works great for me. Absolutely I would reccommend RUSH to anyone wanting a reliable, responsive ISP.

myself before even contacting iiNet — I am still without a working service and have now been forced to escalate to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).

The problem: extremely slow page loading across all devices. I tested Cloudflare and Google DNS before calling, and performance improved immediately. I told iiNet's technical support team it was DNS-related. Instead of investigating, they sent me a replacement refurbished Sagemcom router. It didn't fix the issue — it made things worse, degrading my Wi-Fi coverage on top of everything else. I reinstalled my original Nokia gateway and asked iiNet to arrange return of their router. That request was ignored for weeks.

What followed was a pattern of being transferred between departments, re-explaining the same issue from scratch each time, and being left with no single point of contact or ownership.

The most frustrating example: a callback was scheduled for 11:00am on 18 June 2026. I waited. No call came. I then received an email claiming they had tried to reach me but couldn't. My phone records show no call from iiNet during that period. This was not a one-off — missed and phantom callbacks were a recurring theme.

Today, I called again. I provided my case number. I was still transferred twice and forced to explain the whole situation from scratch — spending over 45 minutes on a call still unresolved as of writing.

I have since lodged a formal complaint with the TIO and will be providing full records of my interactions, emails, and phone logs.

If iiNet cannot resolve a DNS issue in six weeks despite being given the diagnosis upfront, and cannot honour basic callback commitments, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

they cant even find your account and say are you sure your a customer with us and when they do find your profile they will say its ur computer i try other devices and the same issues when i connect it to my mobile i dont get vpn/proxy when im on a website called top survey before i came to unitied internet i didnt have this issue with vpn/proxy

$69 a month for these speeds is great value. Other companies would charge me $90 or more!
