Great service! Will use again. Delivered as expected. Thank you.

Tricky delivery after some rain but the lovely driver sorted it out with no fuss.

These guys were amazing! They made the move so easy, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for your help :)

Very thorough and professionally handled all our items. The guys were very friendly and very easy to talk with.

took what was a heaviness for us in our circumstances. Misha made the move possible without worry and concern. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she did handle us with genuine care and professionalism. Her telephone mannerism was welcoming and always a joy to converse with her, hoping to get the opportunity to finish our move with her. We certainly will recommend Misha highly, to anyone else who needs shipping overseas, knowing they will get QUALITY CARE. Sad to loose you Misha, and only hope to converse with you again. for a quote, received a rate, paid a deposit, and then got a confirmation email with a higher rate. When I questioned it, they sent the original quote again — only to call the next day and say, “Oops, it’s actually a different rate,” but hey, they’d knock off $5 as a “favour.” How generous.

This kind of chaotic admin — or let’s be honest, shady bait-and-switch tactics — made it impossible to trust them. We cancelled the booking, but even that was a saga of multiple emails. And the kicker? They refused to refund the deposit, citing an admin fee. Apparently, I was paying for the same incompetence that made me cancel in the first place.

Later I found out they’ve got a warning from Consumer Affairs Victoria for unethical practices. Wish I’d checked sooner. Lesson learned: steer clear unless you enjoy paying for confusion and dishonesty.

Very happy. Great service a pleasure to deal with Budget Containers, one of the best way to move .Michelle was lovely. Great work guys.

Had an excellent service for international move to the Netherlands with Them. They made the entire process stress-free and truly enjoyable.

to protecting our belongings were exemplary.

Our experience began with Samantha, whose professional approach established immediate confidence, followed by excellent communication and support from Kristy.

A special mention must go to Rafa, Pedro and Dris, who arrived punctually and demonstrated outstanding care, precision and attention to detail throughout the move. Every item was meticulously wrapped, protected and handled with genuine respect. Nothing was too much trouble.

Having moved just 12 months ago with another removalist, the contrast could not have been greater. I would be tempted to name the previous company given that experience, but I’ll leave that one to karma!

Kent Removals has certainly restored our confidence in what a professional removalist should deliver.

My sincere thanks to Samantha, Kristy, Rafa, Pedro and Dris for making what can be a stressful experience so seamless.

An exceptional team and a company I would recommend without hesitation.

their own, the care they take is fantastic! I've never had any damages. They're also extremely efficient!

HUGE thank you to Silver, Oscar and Bruno - you guys did an amazing job (again!)

Was a 2 bed apartment, moving 40min away. They were extremely efficient, at no point did I feel like they were dragging the move out, or doing anything besides going out of their way to provide an amazing experence for us!!

failed to pay me or any of my offsiders for the work we carried out. They were rude and demanding very pushy to complete the job, yet failed to pay the people who did the work.

I strongly advise other drivers to think twice before working with this company. I would not recommend them and would never work with them again.

The Townsville crew, were absolutely amazing, efficient, on time, and so courteous and respectful, this is my 13th move and these guys were the best we have used for removal of furniture and goods .

arrival….they finally arrived at around midday after me calling them to find out where they were. Logistics problem. Bear in mind it was a wet day. I had everything boxed that could be. Dismantled one of the 2 beds for them. The guys were nice enough, but on reflection , they were not careful at all. No blue wraps were used. They only wrapped the tv unit and side board in plastic. Nothing to protect mattresses which , on arrrival at the new home, were both filthy and had some mould from , I’m assuming, getting wet. Both leather sofas received damage to the leather area and the legs. Both were muddy in places. Several broken glasses. Scuff and chip marks on a $400 tall vase that was well wrapped in bubble wrap . Dirt and scuff marks on a $650 piece of canvas art. Canvas based beige linen shoe box is filthy . Definitely got wet. Several boxes clearly crushed. My new build home has a gash mark near the entrance which must have been hit by furniture. They nearly left without putting the beds back together. which I had specifically requested. “ no one told us we had to “ Washer wasn’t hooked back up.

I won’t go into the call I got on the drive up to Qld asking if they could leave the furniture somewhere as they needed the truck back by 7 am in Brisbane. We hadn’t settled on the property so couldn’t do much. I had made it perfectly clear that there was no access before the settlement date. Only one of the original guys was there with another local person. Overall , I can’t say I would recommend them.

Just want to shout out on how efficient my 3 man team were. They were polite, personable and worked like Trojans to complete my move. From start to… Read more

finish nothing was a problem and they were a pleasure to have around.

Then the next surprise was the most reasonable costing for the entire job.

I couldn't be happier and would HIGHLY recommend you to anybody looking for first class removalists.

Lots of furnitures are damaged. email to the company and no one replied till now (2 years +) – I used CityMove to move house twice. 1st time is excellent and 2nd time is horrible. The 1st time in October 2016, the price is fair, the people were… Read more

very professional and I had a good experience. So I didn’t have any hesitation to choose CityMove again in 2020 when I planned to move. However, I had a terrible experience this time. My booking of arrival time is 8:00am~9:00am, but no one turned up till 9:30am, so I called -- it seems they forgot to assign people for my booking. When the movers came late in the afternoon (after 1pm); they appears very tired, they told me they did 2 jobs already that's why they are exhausted. We were fine with this delay, but they were so careless with our furniture! The most horrible thing was that lots of our furniture was damaged. Including: - Our new Blackwood display cabinet, was scratched and with a hole! - Blackwood dinner table scratched; - TV unit scratched, and a piece of wood in one of the legs was chipped and gone; - Coffee table scratched; - 2 Wooden beds scratched. (I saw they had blankets/clothes in the truck, but they didn’t use them to protect my furniture. Even after I prompted them to be more careful. They still just roughly pushed the furniture into the truck.) I reported this to them on 17th Dec 2020, but no one replied me back.

Terrible experience, took my $425 very quickly and a no show. I was told the removalists went to the wrong address! ZERO STARS!!

Excellent service!!!! Very happy!!!! Rubbish picked up the next day!!!!

say that their service amazed me. Not only they packed every single item with care, but they also transfer everything at a reasonable speed. At no point I had to stress that they are wasting time. The dismantle and assemble of the furniture was done so efficiently that I couldn’t expect more. It’s usually very hard to please me, but I was really really very happy with their efficiency and care. I also asked them to relocate the furniture from downstairs to upstairs as I didnt like the initial setup which was done in my instruction. They were happily doing it. The bonus part is they charge by 15 mins for additional hours, which is a huge plus point if you stress about budget. Would certainly recommend them to everyone, specially if you ever had negative experience.

Deckie and Barry were very efficient and took a lot of care with our furniture. They were on time and very polite and easy to deal with. We would recommend Northside Removals to our family and friends.
