From booking to pick up and ultimate delivery the service was professional and friendly. The staff who collected our furniture and boxes and then delivered them after storage could not be faulted as they handled everything with care.

Eddie and his partner were fantastic! They were efficient, careful and friendly. Most of our furniture went upstairs, and this was no issue for them. Would recommend and will definitely use Ready Movers again!

Moved house and the booking service and move was so easy. Very professional service and I have moved 15 times and they were the best. All items handled with care.

took what was a heaviness for us in our circumstances. Misha made the move possible without worry and concern. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she did handle us with genuine care and professionalism. Her telephone mannerism was welcoming and always a joy to converse with her, hoping to get the opportunity to finish our move with her. We certainly will recommend Misha highly, to anyone else who needs shipping overseas, knowing they will get QUALITY CARE. Sad to loose you Misha, and only hope to converse with you again. They carefully disassembled the beds and bookshelves and moved all the items with great care into the garage. A week later, they returned to reassemble everything back into place. Everything went smoothly with the removals.

Eddy and David were excellent. Although they didn’t talk much, they were extremely friendly, professional, and took great care in their work.

A2B has been a pleasure to deal with, and all the employees have been polite, friendly, and courteous. We highly recommend A2B to anyone looking for reliable and professional removalists. Thank you again to Eddy, David, and the entire team for making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

for a quote, received a rate, paid a deposit, and then got a confirmation email with a higher rate. When I questioned it, they sent the original quote again — only to call the next day and say, “Oops, it’s actually a different rate,” but hey, they’d knock off $5 as a “favour.” How generous.

This kind of chaotic admin — or let’s be honest, shady bait-and-switch tactics — made it impossible to trust them. We cancelled the booking, but even that was a saga of multiple emails. And the kicker? They refused to refund the deposit, citing an admin fee. Apparently, I was paying for the same incompetence that made me cancel in the first place.

Later I found out they’ve got a warning from Consumer Affairs Victoria for unethical practices. Wish I’d checked sooner. Lesson learned: steer clear unless you enjoy paying for confusion and dishonesty.

Very happy. Great service a pleasure to deal with Budget Containers, one of the best way to move .Michelle was lovely. Great work guys.

Had an excellent service for international move to the Netherlands with Them. They made the entire process stress-free and truly enjoyable.

to protecting our belongings were exemplary.

Our experience began with Samantha, whose professional approach established immediate confidence, followed by excellent communication and support from Kristy.

A special mention must go to Rafa, Pedro and Dris, who arrived punctually and demonstrated outstanding care, precision and attention to detail throughout the move. Every item was meticulously wrapped, protected and handled with genuine respect. Nothing was too much trouble.

Having moved just 12 months ago with another removalist, the contrast could not have been greater. I would be tempted to name the previous company given that experience, but I’ll leave that one to karma!

Kent Removals has certainly restored our confidence in what a professional removalist should deliver.

My sincere thanks to Samantha, Kristy, Rafa, Pedro and Dris for making what can be a stressful experience so seamless.

An exceptional team and a company I would recommend without hesitation.

Lots of furnitures are damaged. email to the company and no one replied till now (2 years +) – I used CityMove to move house twice. 1st time is excellent and 2nd time is horrible. The 1st time in October 2016, the price is fair, the people were… Read more

very professional and I had a good experience. So I didn’t have any hesitation to choose CityMove again in 2020 when I planned to move. However, I had a terrible experience this time. My booking of arrival time is 8:00am~9:00am, but no one turned up till 9:30am, so I called -- it seems they forgot to assign people for my booking. When the movers came late in the afternoon (after 1pm); they appears very tired, they told me they did 2 jobs already that's why they are exhausted. We were fine with this delay, but they were so careless with our furniture! The most horrible thing was that lots of our furniture was damaged. Including: - Our new Blackwood display cabinet, was scratched and with a hole! - Blackwood dinner table scratched; - TV unit scratched, and a piece of wood in one of the legs was chipped and gone; - Coffee table scratched; - 2 Wooden beds scratched. (I saw they had blankets/clothes in the truck, but they didn’t use them to protect my furniture. Even after I prompted them to be more careful. They still just roughly pushed the furniture into the truck.) I reported this to them on 17th Dec 2020, but no one replied me back.
