Honestly, Bondi Boost HG didn’t live up to the hype. The texture felt heavy, the scent was overpowering, and after weeks of use I saw little to no improvement in hair growth. For the price, I expected better results.

This hair mask worked wonders for my hair. It left my strands softer, smoother, and noticeably more hydrated after just one use. The scent is lovely without being overpowering, and it rinses out easily. Perfect for reviving dry or damaged hair.

I’ve tried so many hair straighteners over the years and honestly didn’t expect much, but the SAS straightener completely surprised me. It heats up… Read more

super fast, glides through my hair without snagging, and leaves it looking really smooth and shiny without that dry, burnt feel. I also love how easy it is to control the temperature, which makes a big difference for my hair type. It feels really high quality in hand and actually looks premium too. I’ve been using it almost every day and my hair still feels healthy — definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made ❤️

bought my daughter her own — same model, newer version. In 2020.

She kept hers in her box up until recently as the first time she used it, she struggled getting a good result. Mine was readily available so she figured she'd use mine while still living at home. It turns out that her straightener has had misaligned plates since the very first day, making it practically unusable. I didn’t realise until recently because she kept borrowing mine.

Today, I finally contacted GHD support to get some help or at least some direction on how to have the plates properly aligned, since the product has never worked as it should. The service I received was honestly appalling. The representative couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. Every question was met with, “Sorry, we don’t offer that,” “Sorry, we don’t have a service centre,” or “Sorry, you’ll have to find someone yourself,” despite the fact that multiple appliance repairers have already said they can’t service GHD devices.

I wasn’t asking for a refund or a replacement — just basic guidance or an option for repair. Instead, I was left with no answers, no solutions, and no accountability for a product that was faulty from day one.

For a premium brand, this level of customer care is unacceptable. I’ve always recommended GHD to friends and family, but after today, I can't see a reason to continue supporting a product whose company can't be bothered helping it's customers with their faulty workmanship.

Note that in the image with my hand, I am gripping it firmly and you can see the plates are not aligned.

it many times over the years, accidentally of course) and it didnot once let me down. But i stupidly decided to purchase a Parlux 3800. It worked fine and did the job but nothing special except for the colour was Aquamarine. On holidays my daughter went to pull a plush toy out of my over night bag ( that was on the floor mind you) and as she pulled it out, the parlux followed and dropped on the floor. The fan on the inside detached from the body and when I turned it on, it made a squeeking noise. I emailed the online shop i bought it from and they followed up on the waranty for me. To which I receive a response that " Unfortunatly, our Waranty doesnt cover user's damage at this stage and Alternatively they can contact our affiliated repair centre" How very disapointing that a hairdryer that costs $300+ cant even withstand the smallest of drops. 5 MONTHS it lasted people. Buy the twin Turbo, any model people its more durable and works if not better than the Parlux. Save your money and dont buy the Parlux for its asthetics. I wish i had of gone with my first instincts. So do i spend $100+ on posting it to the repair centre and fixing it or spend $120 on a brand new Twin Turbo that will last me another 20years?? Twin Turbo it is. Im so diapointed!!!! Dont do it.

to be growing faster. 3 weeks into the first bottle, taking 2 pills a day,I noticed my mood dipping and starting feeing depressed. I am on anti depressants and have been travelling well until these pills. I didn’t make a link between the 2 and I decided to top up and purchased 2 more bottles. I took a weeks break from the pills and started up again. Now almost halfway through the second bottle , I’m feeling down in the dumps again and have noticed a feeling of nausea and headaches for up to 3 hours after taking these pills . I haven’t seen a doctor regarding this, but if I stop the pills for 2/3 days, my mood settles, but as soon as I start it up again, the blues start creeping in. Not sure if anyone else experienced this or not. I’ve also read an article about the link between the drugs used in other hair care supplements and increase in depression and suicide linked to the supplements …

nice, but wasn't any softer, less frizzy, longer or healthier in appearance or feel. It left a thick coating on my hair that made it stiff and dandruffy. I wrote a review on the Bondiboost website, they deleted it, then I re-sent the review and they didn't publish it (all reviews are reviewed by the company before publishing!). Their practices are so misleading. I know the hair repair and growth products can be effective, but this product is ineffective, expensive, and falsely overrated by Bondiboost. I purchased another brand for $6 that is much more effective.

Compared to my previous Muk styling products, this one fell short. Advantages: -Small design, ideal for thin or very short hair. - Heats quickly.… Read more

Disadvantages: - Hair gets caught around the four areas of the plate while straightening/ curling. Curling hair is changing as hair does not glide smoothly or easily through plates - Although it heats to 230degrees, it takes a long time and requires multiple runs over hair to achieve the required look - You can only use very small sections of hair at a time.

defrizz. Hair was relaxed and easy to manage, plus it did not frizz out during the day as it normally would.

After my third use, I could just leave home without doing my hair in the morning if I wanted. It looks so much better, feels better and doesn’t get ratty and frizzy from humidity and wind.

I have thinning hair and also colour it. My hair feels thicker and it doesn’t wash out colour. No fade, left it in for 5-10 minutes prior to rinsing.

The results in so few uses has exceeded my expectations by far. I recommend giving this product a go.
