new replacement system, due to the extreme age and wear and tear experienced by the older system. I was very happy with Will and Andrew who both provided me with options for repair/replacement and made everything easy to understand. They were able to start the job within a few days.

I'm especially happy with the install of the new system by Andrew, Will and Dan, which looks great considering the tight space they had to work with.

Andrew also completed some complimentary inspections and minor works which I'm very happy with and appreciative of.

My only complaint would be that during the initial inspection, and during a call later on to the office a day or so later, no one could provide me with an estimated cost for a replacement system. I would have appreciated the opportunity to know beforehand, rather then finding out on the day of installation (which was originally booked for repair, despite me trying to ascertain a cost for replacement).

Overall I am extremely happy with the work. Jetset has also sent me a gift and a hand written card in the mail since the work was done, which is a nice touch.

boys ran a new stormwater line and installed two stormwater pits. They did a excellent job and then Shane came back out to high-pressure water jet. The other lines to make sure they were all clear of debris and flowing properly. And got a toilet replaced a couple of days before this.Very happy with their work andservice.

metropolitan told me it was a major job and they need to access in through the wall behind the kitchen, remove ensuite tiles to fix. Called in another company who fixed it in under 2 hours from the kitchen side and cost me $350 in total. If it was that easy why didn’t metropolitan fixed in when they attended site???? I have attached the original review and the new repair that Eire plumbing fixed for a third of the price. Metropolitan you should be so ashamed of your lack of customer service and over the top pricing. Absolute money grabbing rip off artists. They should be shut down.

The guys were on time to install my washing machine, and did a very neat job,then tested it to ensure that everything worked well with no leaks. I was very happy with their work.

for the plumber to arrive. I was charged $1039.90 to have to copper T-junction pipe cut and replaced. This job took a whole 30 minutes to complete! I was advised that it was not any more expensive being a sunday as they rates are the same any day of the week. I would say he used no more than 40cm in total of copper pipe. We had no option to pay to have the pipe replaced as the water was clearly leaking out. I had already paid the $140 call out fee over the phone by credit card before he would even be booked in to attend. I have called 3 different plumbers and asked what the charge would be for the same job on a Sunday - I was quoted from $350 to $600 was the range. Would not recommend Jims Plumbing to anyone unless they had a couple of kidneys they wanted to donate!!

unfinished work as shown in pictures. I would never had know about them if I hadn’t arranged a repaint. Damage to my home may have started leaks etc. Contacted SCP&HW several times with no contact with Ops Manager. Should have just gone with the repaint and saved the $1,441. My roof painters are fixing the unfinished work.

He tried to tell me that hydro was different to the jetty and that the hydro cost more but that wouldn't completely work in my situation and might need to rip up toilet and floors to find out - what?!! I told him to leave before he wanted to charge me an extra $875 for the jetty and damage my bathroom. To update, I managed to get another plumber in to clear the pipe with the jetty for half the amount and no ripping up my bathroom floor!
