they don't know anything. They will not repond to you or assist you in any way. If you want a super to answer you call and tell you the truth, this is not the fund for you.

I like the way UniSuper maintains good communications with its members, and is informative about choices of investments. The payments of benefits after retirement are clear and make it easy to split the regular payments across accounts.

very difficult and convoluted to find clear information about the performance of my super both before and after the acquisition. When do you find the info you're after, you realise their investment returns are not great compared with other super funds.

For this reason, I decided to leave verve. I submitted all the required documents for a rollover and heard back from them saying they needed my ID to be certified. No worries, I went and got my drivers license and passport certified and sent it back to them. Then, a few days later, they came back again and said I needed my marriage certificate to be certified. No worries, I did that and returned it. THEN they came back to me for a THIRD time saying I now needed certified copies of my new drivers license and passport in my married name, despite submitting three certified documents already. Fair enough if they have this process in place, but why would I not be told upfront everything that needs to be submitted and certified? I have now had to go out of my way three seperate times to get documents certified as it doesn't seem they know what they're doing or what's required.

Made me happy with my decision to leave.

With access to their Class app it is very simple to keep up to date with the performance of our super. All aspects of fund management are taken care of for a simple monthly fee which is very reasonable. When we first investigated setting up our SMSF, we spent significant time looking into all aspects and reviewed a number of fund managers. SuperGuardian came out well on top and in fact proved to be cheaper than trying to administer the SMSF ourselves both in terms of time and money. all they do is say we'll verify yourself biometric

Problem is going through that there system refuses to accept my photo no matter how many times you do it so cang log into spaceship to change to my new number to recieve verification code to mobile to access my account to change any details.

So inform them time and time again all they do is say verify yourself by biometric and send you a link when you explain you can't and why they just say sorry that's the way it is either you do it by biometric or not at all.

This company is a joke refuses to let yourself do it any other way so they are stuck with my closed bank account and I'm stuck with an account I can't use because they refuse to see reason.
