small areas light seeps in, but this could be resolved if I spent a little more time on perfecting the trim, nonetheless, it still keeps the room dark enough not to disrupt sleep. It is a little firm when pulling the blind down, I’d be cautious not to overdo with force. The install was super easy, as was the measuring. The only thing was I couldn’t locate clear information as to whether this would fit recessed into my window frame as I had a window winder down the bottom. Fortunately I can confirm it fits well and does not interfere with the winders’ operation. It stated I needed 65mm but the winder reduced that area to 45mm. I took a gamble and it paid off. Highly recommend this product if you don’t want a permanent fixture to the window.

and had to fly down from QLD once a month due to the demand, bragged about making a lot and sending his kids to private schools (yawn/not a flex) while then adding additional fees to my order to increase his earnings LOL - Botch the job and had to be reinstalled. Reinstallation damaged some of the blinds and my window sill! Sonya, the AUS/NZ Customer Service manager has both terrible communication and customer service abilities. Overall, would not advise on the chance that your job incurs similar issues to mine

I had to chase customer service multiple times for a reply over months and then they dismissed the issue despite the images and film evidence it was coming apart.
