quality of materials is definitely better. Ordered a honeycomb blind in espresso colour to find it is only that colour on one side. The samples were double sided and there was no mention of this on the website. Track and accessories look like cheap plastic and string. Easy enough to install, but wouldnt purchase again for a bigger project.

customers/this awning was orded early december with up to 6 weeks wait arrived at our premise to be fitted approx.10th april after18weeks paid50%up front after numerous phone calls 90% not retuned awning was fitted by Watson's trouble getting correct Again rang head office at 3pm after received email from accounts to pay was told by receptions no one was available in accounts ask if can speak to manager again told all out all up I made upward of 15 phone calls ask for call back never received from head office however ever did finally got call from sales manger informed wrong size I agreed to accept with slight price reduction as we could not wait to reorder another 18 weeks of stories very appalling communication no customer service the account was settled with in 24 hrs of speaking to sales manger all we can say we did not pay all upfront as watsons wanted the awning is very well made and finished The product is first class We were also told it was australin made not so ordered from china just another example of fantasy do not be fooled

beyond that timeframe with no clear update on the status of my order.
I was provided with a tracking number, however the tracking information cannot be located, leaving me with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but my calls have gone unanswered.
I had a specific timeframe for this installation to be completed, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Good customer service is about keeping customers informed, especially when delays occur.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing. Delays can happen, but poor communication and lack of updates are unacceptable.

we had some issues with the blinds. Veneta Blinds sent someone too look at them for us, his name was Nathan and he was very professional, friendly and helpful. I also spoke to a lady named Amy who was determined to solve the issue for us as quickly as possible. Veneta Blinds decided to replace the blinds for us at no cost to us. extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist me to firstly understand that a different sized rug would suit my space (he was absolutely correct!) and also offered me several relevant suggestions in terms of color, texture, material, sizing and placement (looking at pictures of my living room).
I spoke to both the store owner Mark and Paul and was able to negotiate an excellent price for the selected rug. The whole process was seamless and when I was concerned about the size of the rug they suggested a service whereby the rug could be cut to size. This is an excellent alternative for ordering a custom rug.
They were so kind they even demonstrated how to use a tape measure and explained to me how to go about getting the specific measurement I needed at home.
I highly recommend this store and these gentlemen for their integrity, product knowledge and customer service. I will definitely go back to them for any flooring/carpeting needs.

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them. The fabric on both the curtains was not the same, so one has a bigger hem than the other. Next time we will order custom for that bit extra. They're lovely curtains but it was a bit disappointing.

All in all we have only hads a good experience. Price wise from our reasearch the price is vbery good indeed. Quality is good also and you have a choice of locally made or imported. The installers are also good and Kieren that fitted the shiutters was excellent, he was confident and di a really great job. Frazer and john who installed the b,linds and privacy screen out the front were also good. All polite, arrived when they were supposed to, hence we have recommended people in our village to a,lso use them and we know someone has already taken that up which is great to hear. So thankyou to Vincent, Mae, Jules and Belinda and all the lads in the factory for a good experience.

night shift worker, I love how it blacks out the room and provides excellent outside noise dampening. The ordering process and installation was exceptional, I would like to mention the awesome support Damien gave when I ordered one incorrectly and he was able to sort it out for me I feel that level of customer support is very rare these days.

the direction of use to the letter. It rolled down lopsided then got stuck, then when rolled up again, just got stuck in the pelmet. It took 4 weeks of back and forth with customer service to get someone to fix the issue. Despite saying we didn't want the original installer back because of his poor behavior (which went beyond the poor install) they scheduled him accidentally. While they called us in the morning to advise, by that time we were desperate so got him to attend anyway. As soon as he left and we were putting our child to bed we noticed he hadn't fixed it properly and light was pouring from the top. Then the blind failed a day later, the left track left too loose so the blind was just popping out of its black out track. The company has gone so far as to tell us we can't have any of our aircon on when the blind is rolled down, anywhere in the house, which is obviously unreasonable, or the blind will keep failing, so they are taking no responsibility for the poor quality of their blind. Don't bother with expensive motorized blinds. Who knows if they will work and if not, the slowness of the service is saddening, and the company may blame you for any issues. We are still waiting for a refund or for it to be fixed.
