scheduled a call to explain some possible future implications of not having cover and some good situations with young children where making the cover more affordable but keeping it may be a safer option. She then helped us to ensure we had sufficient cover at a more affordable price and kept us with Teachers Health Fund! We were travelling from Iceland to Greenland when the plane aborted due to technical issues.
The claim was for a connecting ferry in Greenland, and the transfer to it (via a small boat). Total claim was $2634.10.
It was paid out in full, no questions asked. The payment was timely, being only 2 weeks post the claim. I had paid $2000 insurance for a 3 month trip.
Cannot but be happy.

concise/limited the warranty is compared to a new car warranty. It is rather strict and have already booked the car in for its 6-month service as instructed in the policy. Normally I service a car to mileage. The fault that we had to deal with took a few days to be cleared by Integrity, before any work was commenced. That meant we had to leave the vehicle in Sydney for over a week as we could not drive it. Living some 200klms south of Sydney meant the car had to be repaired by the mechanic in Sydney where we limped into. This caused some grief with time and inconvenience, but the repairs were eventually approved by Integrity. We were slightly out of pocket for consumables, (not covered in the policy) but the reimbursement more than covered the cost of the 3-year warranty purchased. This we are very happy with and hopefully will not need to use the warranty again. All in all, quite happy with the procedure and the reimbursement for 95% of the costs.

received a link to access the RentalCover portal. However, I was unable to submit a claim until my rental period had ended.
Once I received the tax invoices from the car rental company, I uploaded all the required documents to the RentalCover portal. The claims process was straightforward, with each step clearly explained and supported by helpful images to minimise confusion. To help speed up the assessment, I also attached copies of my email correspondence with the car rental company.
Approximately 5–6 hours after submitting my claim, I received an email from RentalCover.com confirming that it had been approved. I then logged back into the portal, entered my bank details, and the payment was processed almost immediately. The funds were deposited into my bank account within five minutes.
Overall, the claims process was quick, simple, and hassle-free, and I was impressed by how efficiently everything was handled.

weekends. I guess their medical emergency line would be different, but I dont know. I logged in to extend online, and it said, sorry this function is temporarily out of function, I called, but no one working weekends. Pretty poor form for a travel company. on this alone, im never using again. why would I? get a company that cares enough to have someone available to fix stuff on the weekend, or to have their website up and running, or even have one of those question things on the website that is attended by a human that can help.

The $140 I was paying a month cover covers random stuff that you don’t use. It’s an absolute scam. I called BUPA and now I pay $50 a month and up to $700 remaining and an option to go to their preferred dentist with no gap to pay. Do your research before using see u hbf.
