professionally, communicated with me when leaving their depot and prior to arriving at my new address. Excellent service provided by Angus and Marcus !!! Will definitely use them again.

Melbourne to Gold Coast storage. I contacted 6 companies - Hayden at Brisk only one that gave a straight up quote without hidden extras, best price, on time, super helpful when I'd made a mistake. Great comms and service highly recommend.

From booking to pick up and ultimate delivery the service was professional and friendly. The staff who collected our furniture and boxes and then delivered them after storage could not be faulted as they handled everything with care.

Eddie and his partner were fantastic! They were efficient, careful and friendly. Most of our furniture went upstairs, and this was no issue for them. Would recommend and will definitely use Ready Movers again!

were never passed onto them. This meant an extra hour of time was added to my invoice as the movers did not know where they were going. The job was then not able to be completed without me paying the invoice- threatening to charge me more and not attempting to assist in the situation until I paid. I then sent 3 follow up emails and called to review this and never heard anything back.

took what was a heaviness for us in our circumstances. Misha made the move possible without worry and concern. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she did handle us with genuine care and professionalism. Her telephone mannerism was welcoming and always a joy to converse with her, hoping to get the opportunity to finish our move with her. We certainly will recommend Misha highly, to anyone else who needs shipping overseas, knowing they will get QUALITY CARE. Sad to loose you Misha, and only hope to converse with you again. for a quote, received a rate, paid a deposit, and then got a confirmation email with a higher rate. When I questioned it, they sent the original quote again — only to call the next day and say, “Oops, it’s actually a different rate,” but hey, they’d knock off $5 as a “favour.” How generous.

This kind of chaotic admin — or let’s be honest, shady bait-and-switch tactics — made it impossible to trust them. We cancelled the booking, but even that was a saga of multiple emails. And the kicker? They refused to refund the deposit, citing an admin fee. Apparently, I was paying for the same incompetence that made me cancel in the first place.

Later I found out they’ve got a warning from Consumer Affairs Victoria for unethical practices. Wish I’d checked sooner. Lesson learned: steer clear unless you enjoy paying for confusion and dishonesty.

Very happy. Great service a pleasure to deal with Budget Containers, one of the best way to move .Michelle was lovely. Great work guys.

careful with every item of our antique furniture and especially with the mirrors. They arrived on schedule at 8am then worked continuously until 11am and had a short break then filled the 12 ton truck by 1.00pm. They also moved the truck on 2 occasions to allow a neighbour to gain access to her property. At 11am Eddie realised that the truck was not big enough to take all our belongings and he organised a second truck to arrive at 1.40pm where Derek and another diligently picked up the mirrors and odds and ends for another hour and cleared our old house At the delivery end the guys positioned and reassembled the furniture over a 3 hour period and my wife and I were very well pleased with their effort. We would recommend Rocket Removals (who were recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent Morrison Kleeman) based on work effort, care, and safety in all their actions. Thanks guys you were great.

failed to pay me or any of my offsiders for the work we carried out. They were rude and demanding very pushy to complete the job, yet failed to pay the people who did the work.

I strongly advise other drivers to think twice before working with this company. I would not recommend them and would never work with them again.

The Townsville crew, were absolutely amazing, efficient, on time, and so courteous and respectful, this is my 13th move and these guys were the best we have used for removal of furniture and goods .

with their arms along counters and shelves just toppling/shoving stuff into boxes. Broke and spilt innumerable things. I complained, they rang the manager who then came and verbally threatened me. They were time based so were caught sitting in the truck outside the new house just 'sitting about.' 'Forgot' about my garage contents and my plants which my elderly parents moved for me. Threatened me for extra payments as an elderly single woman on my own at night while I was being sworn at by one of the workman in a language I understand. I was so frightened. Boxes from their packing not named/labelled at all (over 50 boxes) which led to a fun 'mystery box' situation where my necessary bathroom supplies not located until 2 weeks later. The single most horrible experience I have ever had. When I went to complain, the manager threatened me and said that they secretly video taped me. I now have the strength to go to Consumer Affairs. Took me a long time to get over this. I have photo upon photo of spilt/damaged items just shoved into boxes along with witnesses as to their 'packing' and 'we forgot' items. Go with a reputable mover please. The owner of the business just abuses you if you have a complaint, especially if you are a woman.

the rest on 26th, finally arrived today 7th Oct but missing half the delivery. The rest of my stuff is still in Melbourne, they apologised and then told me the rest will arrive maybe next Tuesday. So I'm trying to live with a fridge with no shelves. So far the damage is broken plate, smashed glass photo frame, both fridge & freezer dented, freezer plug totally bent in on its self, my bed frame scratched/chunks taking out. All this professional service ONLY cost me $16000. Not once did I receive a call from them with updates, I initiated every call to them and all I got was Sorry. I'm still waiting on compensation for all the damages, they have insinuated that I would need to remove my negative reviews before they compensate me.

Fast , efficient and helpful with setting up at the end.

Lots of furnitures are damaged. email to the company and no one replied till now (2 years +) – I used CityMove to move house twice. 1st time is excellent and 2nd time is horrible. The 1st time in October 2016, the price is fair, the people were… Read more

very professional and I had a good experience. So I didn’t have any hesitation to choose CityMove again in 2020 when I planned to move. However, I had a terrible experience this time. My booking of arrival time is 8:00am~9:00am, but no one turned up till 9:30am, so I called -- it seems they forgot to assign people for my booking. When the movers came late in the afternoon (after 1pm); they appears very tired, they told me they did 2 jobs already that's why they are exhausted. We were fine with this delay, but they were so careless with our furniture! The most horrible thing was that lots of our furniture was damaged. Including: - Our new Blackwood display cabinet, was scratched and with a hole! - Blackwood dinner table scratched; - TV unit scratched, and a piece of wood in one of the legs was chipped and gone; - Coffee table scratched; - 2 Wooden beds scratched. (I saw they had blankets/clothes in the truck, but they didn’t use them to protect my furniture. Even after I prompted them to be more careful. They still just roughly pushed the furniture into the truck.) I reported this to them on 17th Dec 2020, but no one replied me back.

Very satisfied with the service. The team was very efficient, friendly and extremely obliging. Very competitive price.
