This was a substantial installation, including the complete removal and recycling of our existing solar system, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

I purchased and had installed a 30 kW Anker SOLIX battery system, consisting of 6 × Anker SOLIX X1-B5-H batteries and 2 × Anker SOLIX X1-H5K-S 5 kW 1-phase hybrid inverters. I also wanted a system capable of providing whole-house blackout protection and supporting my 7 kW EV charger, so this was a significant investment and I wanted to make sure I was dealing with the right people.

Hritik made that decision very easy.

From our first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for me. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process without ever making me feel pressured.

What impressed me most was that Hritik didn’t simply make the sale and walk away. He personally took ownership of the process, organised everything, kept me informed and continued to make sure everything was progressing properly right through to installation and commissioning.

my place in August 25 firstly they installed the wrong size battery then the system did not work, kept tripping the house down, had to turn it off they fixed it (that's why there is 2 start here, not 1) to fix it they drilled more holes in my house, including one in the wrong place, they took weeks to fix that then, I discovered a friend had got twice the system size , same brand, same stuff, for the same price I paid. they also said no worries we can upgrade battery size later, they just forgot to mention subsidies only work once no matter how much capacity you claim and finally, they keep calling me every couple of month to ask if I ended up installing solar .... their sales teams don't even know they installed solar at mine a year ago. how unprofessional . for a company that takes pride in outstanding customer service and charges premium for it...I am very disappointed. I hope this honest review will push them to improve
