quality of materials is definitely better. Ordered a honeycomb blind in espresso colour to find it is only that colour on one side. The samples were double sided and there was no mention of this on the website. Track and accessories look like cheap plastic and string. Easy enough to install, but wouldnt purchase again for a bigger project.

is only 8 months old and is still under warranty, yet getting support has been incredibly frustrating.

I had to chase the team three separate times because no one returned my calls. After finally booking a service technician to inspect the blind, they didn’t even show up for the appointment, and there was no communication or explanation.

When a product is still under warranty, you expect prompt service and support. Instead, I’ve experienced poor communication, broken commitments, and a complete disregard for my time. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ABC Blinds’ Outdoor Division.

I was provided with a tracking number, however the tracking information cannot be located, leaving me with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but my calls have gone unanswered.

I had a specific timeframe for this installation to be completed, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Good customer service is about keeping customers informed, especially when delays occur.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing. Delays can happen, but poor communication and lack of updates are unacceptable.

Such a straight forward and easy process! Easy step by step guide to follow from measuring to installation. Definitely recommend!

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them. The fabric on both the curtains was not the same, so one has a bigger hem than the other. Next time we will order custom for that bit extra. They're lovely curtains but it was a bit disappointing.
