What disappointed me most was being pushed multiple times to upgrade to an expensive premium subscription despite not seeing results from the initial service. There were a lot of big promises about returns and future opportunities but I personally didn’t see those results eventuate which left me questioning the quality of the stock analysis. I have asked their live support as well, they are not providing any information regarding why my money transfer was cancelled ! This is a dishonest company which holds your own money and also refuses to refund the money back into your account on time. times and they did diagnostics i had already done, and they didn't fix it. Having seen all the comments about how laggy and unreliable the cloud is I have stated that I DO NOT WANT TO MOVE TO THE CLOUD!

Through no help from MYOB i was able to set up AccountRight server edition on the same machine and prevent upgrades by moving the huxley files to a different location, change the shortcut etc. I also turned off the update service. It seems we have remained at 2026.4 so my end of year will not be effected. but 1 weeks notice for a major change like this is ridiculous. They are going to drive away a lot of customers.

I have parted with over $20k over 21 years of using the package, and this push to ai and cloud is just ridiculous.

This matter has kept me awake with anxiety and stress pains for 3 nights now. What a monumental mess it is..
