service agent assigned to my case was difficult to contact and very slow at responding to my concerns. Their level of knowledge was limited and they did not show the level of proactiveness I would have expected. I tried contacting the agent who sold me the product and got no response. Their availability of service repairers was limited, and the repairer who was sent out had only very basic knowledge of my system. The eventual replacement of the failed component took nearly 3 months. The product was only in service for 3 months before it failed."

If I could offer a bit of advise when sending technicians out for the original quote, it would be helpful if you were given more updates throughout the 4 hour window the service offers, just so you are not waiting around for the first 3 hours if they aren’t getting there until the last hour.

had changed hands but took a gamble. I received a reasonable quote from [Name Removed] to do some simple storm damage repairs in Karana Downs but he didn’t quote for some work he would outsource. He invoiced for the quoted work despite a two week pause in the middle of the job. I paid the invoice to discover he hadn’t completed the quoted work. He wouldn’t respond to texts and now he has blocked me. Don’t waste time on these guys, shonky as.

punctuality, response to questions along the course towards installation was a job well done that it gave me great confidence we had chosen the right company. The finished product is beautiful and met our expectations of fitting in with our 9 year old apartment as a retro fitted sound proof double sliding door. We live on an increasingly busy road and now the noise has been reduced to the extent that we have better quality sleep every night which is fantastic and Magnetite helped us to achieve our goal.
