a quote that I thought was also reasonable for what I wanted done. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and had the job done much quicker that I thought he would. The gardens looks lovely. I now have him booked for regular mowing and gardening.

At 11:36am, the booking was cancelled, with the next available time pushed to after Easter, towards the end of the week. I understand that schedules can change, however the issue is the complete lack of effort to find an alternative solution that works for the customer.

After taking the time to organise and plan around this appointment, the response I received was simply, “do you want to cancel?” which doesn’t address the problem at all.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced with Fallons, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend their service.

checked the bathroom and kitchen plumbing and identified a couple of additional issues, including a problem with the shower tapware that had been ongoing for some time.

I agreed to have this repaired, and I’m very pleased I did—the shower is now working better than it has since it was originally installed several years ago.

Matt was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, which is very important to me.

The cost was reasonable, and I did not feel overcharged in any way.

I would definitely recommend this service and would not hesitate to use them again.

panels. So basically delivered only half-built system without any solar panel connectivity. Panels are producing roughly 10-15KW everyday and it's getting wasted, because the installer failed and refused to connect the Fox KH10 inverter with the DC coupling. Not recommended and not satisfied.

final measure. That's when it all turned to #SS. [Name Removed] rang to say he couldn't come to do final measurements as he'd been called into the office. We explained hubby wanted to be here when he measured. He is FIFO with specific days available. [Name Removed]'s attitude 'too bad, too sad'. Apparently [Name Removed] came when none was home did measurements (no vision of visit on cctv). We were given install date, ordered skip bin and were set to go. Surprise, surprise, [Name Removed] rings morning of instal to say installer I'll will have to be after Easter!! We were not happy but again his attitude was 'too bad, too sad'. Reception staff and young lady quote 10 star service. So called manager [Name Removed] lets whole team down.

was discussed or promised, with poor workmanship and inconsistent explanations from the installer. Since then, it has been weeks of follow-ups with repeated assurances but no meaningful action or resolution.

Overall, poor workmanship combined with unacceptable complaint handling. I would recommend proceeding with caution.

go flat ( you can’t let lithium batteries go flat they are now useless) and will not respond to any communication. They are revolting. We now have batteries in our garage that are useless. They took our money. Thousands on dollars and now we are spending hours compiling evidence to submit to the ombudsman and consumer affairs. What a horrible, shonky operator. We want a working battery but they have dumped these useless batteries in our garage. Now we can get a battery because these ones need to be removed first but they will not do that or give me my money back.

(building is 15 years old). He also resealed our two bathrooms and regrouted the tiles. His work is outstanding as he is very fastidious. He also noticed a a few extra jobs that need to be done and will return to do them. I would recommend Huw. He is reliable, reasonably priced, great customer service and hard working.

At the start of January the solar stopped working. Solargain originally said they would send a technician out to inspect the system. This never happened and then they informed us that the inverter was not working and they would replace it under warranty. Nearly 4 months later we are still waiting for the inverter to be replaced. We are now paying high electricity bills with no resolution in sight. Each time we ring Solargain they say it is out of their hands and they have contacted Solar Edge who they use to install the system. They have said multiple times that they will escalate the matter & call us back. They never do call back!. $32,000 for a system that is not working and absolutely no customer service to rectify the issue!!!
