weeks, I received an email claiming that my blinds had been delivered the previous day. They had not been delivered to my property. Nobody came to our front door, and we had no delivery anywhere around the house.

Trying to resolve this was extremely frustrating. It took 5 phone calls and literally hours before I was finally able to speak with someone. Initially, I was told that I had misunderstood the delivery notification and that the blinds were still out for delivery. Only after further discussion did the representative acknowledge that their system actually showed the blinds as delivered.

Fortunately, I had already contacted Tuiss by email and provided photographs of my front door because their supposed proof-of-delivery photograph had not been supplied to me. Once Tuiss reviewed their own delivery photograph, it became obvious that the delivery had not been made to my property.

Tuiss acknowledged the mistake and told me the blinds would need to be remade and that I could be waiting another 5 weeks. Then, bizarrely, just 3 days later, the blinds suddenly arrived with absolutely no phone call, no email and no explanation from Tuiss.

Unfortunately, the problems continued.

The installation QR code on the packaging is practically useless. Instead of taking you directly to instructions for the blinds you purchased, it takes you through information for numerous different types of blinds. Once I eventually found the correct instructions, the blinds were relatively easy to install.

The blinds themselves appear to be reasonable quality, but even the measurements were wrong. I ordered blinds measuring 487mm wide, but received blinds measuring 485mm. That 2mm difference has left a visible gap around the blind. Had Tuiss manufactured the blinds to the exact size ordered, they would have fitted perfectly.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid extra for the size guarantee specifically to ensure the measurements were correct. I did my part correctly, yet Tuiss supplied the wrong size.

The complete lack of communication and follow-up from customer service is particularly disappointing. I should not have to spend hours making phone calls just to get someone to acknowledge that a delivery was incorrectly recorded. I also should not have to chase a company for an explanation after they eventually send the order.

The blinds themselves are okay. Everything surrounding the purchase has been extremely disappointing.

Overall, this has been a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tuiss Blinds. The product may be acceptable, but the customer service, delivery process, communication and manufacturing accuracy were simply not good enough.

Had a really good experience with Jackson, Really helpful and was willing to answer any questions we had, can’t wait to get them installed.

I loved the fabric sample I received, but I will order these at a later date. Definitely worthy of five stars. Make sure you get enough samples in different shades, and measure twice/three times. Read the instructions and watch the videos. And don't DIY if you can't do all of that as there is definitely room for error if you fail to do your homework. I was so scared my measurements were wrong but I'm happy to report the blinds fit like a glove!

I was provided with a tracking number, however the tracking information cannot be located, leaving me with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but my calls have gone unanswered.

I had a specific timeframe for this installation to be completed, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Good customer service is about keeping customers informed, especially when delays occur.

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing. Delays can happen, but poor communication and lack of updates are unacceptable.

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them. The fabric on both the curtains was not the same, so one has a bigger hem than the other. Next time we will order custom for that bit extra. They're lovely curtains but it was a bit disappointing.
