start, Carl was amazing during the free measure and quote—he was super patient and kind, asking all the right questions to ensure everything was perfect. Even when a slight measurement discrepancy occurred with our initial Veri Shades installation, their team—specifically Kim—stepped up immediately to make things right. They organised a completely new track and extra fabric slats free of charge. More importantly, I was under a very tight deadline. Despite explaining several times that the blind is curling up and being sucked in when the weather warms up and sun reflects on the window, they have failed to offer any timely resolution. They’ve alleged that I need to have the blinds rolled up off the floor which has never been the case to begin with as I have always ensured there is a gap as also shown in the video footage to them. A blind should be able to be wound down to prevent any sunlight coming in particularly in warmer periods and I have ensured allowing for a gap at the base of the architrave as recommended. Since advising them that this still doesn’t resolve the problem, they have continued to ghost and ignore my correspondence then randomly come back out of the blue proposing the same futile suggestion despite already providing evidence that I have done that. They since advised how they’ll come out again to show me how to do this in person which is completely a waste of time after their first representative had come out and was not able to resolve the issue himself and despite already trying this. In order to accommodate this, I have still afforded them the opportunity only for them to disappear again. They have been a nightmare to deal with and simply do not feel they need to recognise consumer law rights or warranty rights.

Throughout the purchase process, the staff were extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made what should have been a straightforward purchase unnecessarily frustrating.

When the installation took place, the experience didn’t improve. The installers were incredibly unfriendly and came across as though they didn’t want to be there at all. There was very little professionalism or courtesy shown, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

Overall, the blinds themselves may be fine, but the customer service and attitude of the staff made this a terrible experience. Based on how I was treated throughout the process, I would not recommend dealing with this business.

Customer service wanted to charge a call-out fee as the curtains were installed 7 months ago and I had to explain and prove that it’s an ongoing issue and was last seen by another installer 3.5 months ago. Suggest better record keeping for customer service. Ultimately the call out fee was waived and Jay the installer came very swiftly, was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue. Overall I think Kresta stands by their product and workmanship, and provides good after care service.

Ben, contacted us to make a time for installation and again right on time Ben arrived. He was absolutely brilliant and did a fabulous job. He was so careful in the house and cleaned up everything. The online ordering system for C&B co. is simple enough to use. C & B co. provide clear a succinct directions on how to measure up for the perfect fit depending on what style you are after. We had quite a large order so we were a little anxious waiting for it to arrive. When I sent an email inquiring into how long our order would be, our minds were put at ease with an email response that very same day informing us as to where it was in the production process. The order arrived quickly, considering the large order and having ordered over Christmas / New Year period. The instructions for install were also clear and easy to understand. Installation was also very easy. Along the way I must have misplaced a clear acrylic rod (used for drawing the sheers & curtains). I contacted C&B co. to ask if I could purchase this, as you seem unable to via the website. Someone got back to me within 24 hours and offered to send one out free of charge.

In summary, I highly recommend this company not only for their amazing range, their easy to navigate website, their ordering system, very, very reasonable pricing, amazing quality but also because of their customer service being top notch. Tell your friends, family and anyone else who will listen. This is a great option if purchasing curtain, sheers or blinds for your house, or even 1 windows in your home.

Once the installer was finished, the installer onsite recommended I purchase foam to cover a light seepage at my own expense after paying well over 1k for a supposed 'blackout' blind being installed incorrectly for the window despite it being measured twice and still missed. For a company that advertises retrofitting windows and the price charged, its completely lousy customer service, especially for the sake of a cheap foam. I gave them ample opportunity to rectify this and am left with no other option but to share my experience. Finishing someone elses poor work I paid for is despicable.

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them.
