We were surprised with extra costs at settlement. It is poor form to sign a cost agreement then have it change on settlement day with no acknowledgement or receipt in writing and no explanation. Another difficulty was the enormous difference of stamp duty after the loan went unconditional. Further, on the day of our first payment, we received a letter stating our repayments have significantly increased.

They do not respond to my emails or app messages for repayment assistance. They are not regulated by AFCA either.

Vivienne and Sweta are exceptional. They answered and addressed interest rates questions promptly. They helped us settle on a favourable fixed rate and lock it with the bank for us speedily. We’re grateful.

after the cost estimation and diagnostics, we were allowed to repair the car at our own trusted mechanic using the insurance-approved budget. However, the insurance policy did not provide the flexibility to get the repairs done elsewhere.

Seems good value. I only have one issue. Their contact numbers may not be easy in some parts of the world. You should not have to call an Australian number with the associated costs. There needs to be a free emergency number.
